The hotel was a business that I knew a long time ago. Reception and housekeeping were very concerned. I may visit again if I can.

Terrible hotel says all inclusive but its not. They offer 3 meals a day which has no.choice at all. Choice of 3 things only each meal. Can't get Any snacks unless you pay. Didn't even serve chips at all in 10 days we was there. Only good thing was staff member named Tarik he was amazing and become a friend. Went on nights out with us etc. But he has left hotel now so there is nothing good there. Do not come to this hotel

So friendly. Casual. Easy going Otel in the quieter side of Side. A short walk to beach and attractions. A 5 minute walk to local bars and a quiet street with plenty of kebab houses to choose from as well as little traditional shops. There’s a good bus device to Manavgat .. Basic Comfortable rooms Lovely staff. ( hi Maxi!). Will be back Thanks guys!

Hotel is clean cheap and staff are brilliant, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a good holiday. My transfer to airport let me down at last minute and reception had a private transfer there in 10 minutes to make sure I caught my flight on time which was a lot cheaper than a local taxi. I went all-inclusive which included beer, vodka, gin, raki wine and prosecco. Really good for couples or groups looking for a cheap break in the sun. If you go with kids the pool is great and ice creams are dirt cheap only around 70p each. Only negative I can give is the food. Food is mostly local food which is repetive, rice veg etc and no labels to show what each dish is but there is load of places in walking distance that do cheap English food. Break fast is nice I ate it most days.

Where to start… We booked this hotel as it looked a good fit for what we wanted. We went all inclusive for convenience, that was a mistake. As other reviews have said, the hotel caters for Turkish/Mediterranean choices- which we didn’t like. Breakfast is a choice of cheeses, meats and salads - there is no toaster! Overcooked hard boiled eggs and cheap cereals are also available! Most all inc hotels serve snacks in between but not here, lunch is awful. Some concoctions of various veg in sauces and rice etc. Wouldn’t know as nothing is labelled! The salad is not chilled either. Nothing in the afternoons and dinner is a repeat of lunch! Don’t expect the basics either, occasionally they serve chips on a night - they only served them once while we were there, if you want anything like burgers, nuggets or chips etc you have to order them and pay, not that we wanted to eat burger and chips everyday but those are generally a given on an all inclusive basis. Drinks are served in plastic kiddie cups, unless you pay! The pool was dirty and a cloudy green colour, we ended up going to another hotel to use their pool which we got to use free as bought food there! The corridors and pool areas smell like cat wee, it’s nauseating. The room… well it was dated and smelled funny too, we arrived at 5 in the morning and the patio doors had been left open from the day before in 40+ degree heat. The mattresses are old and tired. The bobbly bed sheets are so uncomfortable! The showers are hit and miss, one day there was no water at all - not good in that heat and another day it was cold showers only! The shower cubicle itself was filthy. There is no entertainment on an evening despite what the pictures suggest, the ‘library’ is a bookshelf with a few books on, but none in English. Preferential treatment is given to the Turkish guests, I would say it’s a Turkish holiday hotel which is fine but they shouldn’t be taking bookings from British tour operators and treating the guests unfairly! For the money we paid we could’ve got a much better hotel! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it’s used as a base only. We ate there 4 times over the week in total We did check what was on offer before deciding to go out. Thank heavens for the bars down the road. This is the first all inclusive holiday I’ve been on and have had hunger pains. My child wanted to come home after the first day! Quick points: NO fridge in room NO change of sheets NO change of towels unless specifically requested, they just put them back on rails Toilet roll is rationed! It’s worth noting however, the day before we left, they actually cleaned the pool and terrace areas! We joked that the boss must be coming. Too late for us though! I don’t know how it has 3 star status as it doesn’t offer the services or have the amenities of a 3 star hotel. I would go to Side again, just not there.

After looking carefully at all the conflicting reviews on many websites regarding this hotel, I took a chance and booked it anyway. What a big mistake that was.  I arrived pretty late to be met after 25 minutes of waiting by a young man. He did the usual check my passport, check in duties. He then told me I HAD to pay for air conditioning at €3 a night. I told him I didn’t need to as I packed my fan, but still told me it was required. So I purchased this, and left it at that. He then showed me to my room, and demanded more of a tip from me for carrying my suitcase 10 metres. Bare in mind I’d already gave him 200lira. His words were (this not enough). I just asked him to leave and closed the door.  Roughly Around 30 minutes later, I decided to pop out, have a wonder and see if I can find somewhere that sells food as it was 11pm at night. I managed to find a kebab place a few minutes away. I then came back with my food as I just wanted to eat in my room and head to sleep. As I walked through the reception back to my room I was stopped and told I could not bring food in from the outside. This was when I lost my mind. What else was I expected to do at 11pm at night? None of the basic facilities at the hotel was even open. Eventually after arguing and my food going cold I just chucked it and went to my room.  At this point, my first few hours of being on holiday were a disgrace. I was so angry at this point and just wanted to leave.  The room? Well for this hotel to be rated as 3 stars is a joke. The balcony door was left open, so they’re was loads of ants. The bathroom inc shower was not thoroughly cleaned like it should be. Hairs and dirt in the shower. The sink not been wiped properly.  The mattresses were so uncomfortable I had to put one on top of the other.  The next morning I got up, and ventured down for breakfast as I went half board. Well what a shambles that was. No mention when booking that the food was Turkish only with 2 choices of cereals. So aside from the olives, bread and salami (which I do not eat) I had to eat coco pops for the 3 days  Another big issue was the dinner. I can honestly tell you that the hotel should be embarrassed with what they served. I ate there one night out of 4, and that’s because it was chips with bread and salad. The remaining 3 nights, I could not tell you what was there. It looks disgusting, no cards to tell anybody what it was so it was a guessing game.  So I paid for half board, had coco pops 3 times and 1 plate of chips and bread. It’s shocking that they can even give the option to people. I was not the only person to complain about this to the hotel owner but he barely understood English and nobody got anywhere.  So day 1, decided I’ll just have a pool chill day. After my shocking discovery of breakfast I took my towel down and chilled out with my music in. About an hour and a half later, I was approached by one of the members of staff who told me I need to purchase a drink from the bar. I told

Thought we would book this hotel for a last minute get away before Christmas. Wished we hadn't ok it was cheap and we did say if the food wasn't good we could eat out...we had to eat out every day no choice od food did not cater for the English at all.we ended up with jam and bread every day for breakfast skip lunch and eat out for evening meal. The room was very dated not very clean as you can see in pictures. The whole hotel and pool area needed updating. Their idea of Pepsi light was half carbonated soda and half syrup. The maid changed bed once all week furniture in the room needed replacing and so it goes on....there were cats everywhere im not a lover of cats especially wen yr trying to eat yr bread and jam and they are roaming round yr feet under the table. The transfer was supposed to take 1hour 45mins it took 3hrs 15mins the driver hadn't got a clue where he was supposed to drop off and there were 11 hotels to drop off too. The best thing about the holiday was the beach it was a lovely beach somewhere to eat and drink there too.We felt that English weren't made too welcome where as the German and Swedish customers were waited on etc . The whole hotel was dated our room was over restraint and as you looked down off balcony you could see like bread crates stacked and old dirty table where worker were eating.
