Kentia Apart Hotel

The hotel staff are lovely the rooms are dated but clean and so is the whole of the hotel. I went with my mum and it's more for kids and families so very load and noisy. The music in the day is far to load you can hear it in your rooms there's nowhere for any peace. I had a bad tummy the whole week and so did a number of other guests we spoke too. The food looks good salads but can't be right as it just upset me. The last 3 days we went out for food. But as I say the staff are great and can't do enough for you. THE WORST Rush for the sunbeds…I could not be arsed but the dad were down from 4am for a sunbed and if you don’t have one by 6am forget it you won’t get one….that is ridiculous BEST BIT THE SPA The best bit is the spa the staff are lovely and I went three times came out feeling very relaxed Victoria and Kadriye were great but all of the staff were friendly and was a great experience l'd recommend not leaving without having a Turkish bath!

Booked a 11 night stay with Tui at an amazing price for myself, Husband and 2 children aged 9 and 15. Wasn’t sure what to expect due to price but pleasantly surprised. Would recommend for a young family, couples as entertainment is very relaxing in evening finishing at 22.30 and day time is just wiling your days away by the pool with low key day entertainment. However… foam party was really good fun ! Held on Saturdays. Sundays no entertainment as day off for staff. Positives Exceptionally clean, tidy and well maintained Pool lovely and separate baby pool Public toilets clean and welcoming. Friendly staff who like to come and have a chat. Matin from the spa, lovely man made my stay very lovely! Always had a good chat. The spa! Relaxing!!!! Lovely masseuse with blonde hair sorry didn’t catch her name but gave fantastic massages I had 3 in total and my youngest also loved the massages. Food what you expect , salads plentiful different meats. Lovely puddings. Pancake lady during the day. Pancakes fresh for breakfast or fresh fried eggs omelettes. Little shop on site again, very friendly and helpful will try and get you that certain branded item if you ask. Photographer again really sorry can’t remember name but friendly lovely taking photos during the day without the pressure to buy. Just have a look we have some beautiful photos taken and kept. If you like cats you will love the few cats that come to you. They didn’t bother us and in fact it was very endearing to see how the staff look after them . Waiters, waitresses chefs very efficient at meal times . Taking dishes away quickly and replenishing your drinks. They work LONG hours so please be respectful and courteous. Outside of hotel looks like you in residential area, plenty of mini markets, pubs, restaurants in walking distance. McDonald’s Burger King 10 min walk away. Old town 20 min walk . Walk there and get taxi back for 10 euro. Can’t remember the man who does entertainment but lovely guy who try’s his best . Great dance lesson we had! Negatives Cocktails not in all inclusive package Ice creams not in all inclusive package Wi-Fi to be paid for however many bars etc offer free Wi-Fi or get a decent sim and tether all phones I pads together! Kids evening entertainment not the best and needs to be safer! Stage is very high and small, so worried that kids will fall Off ! Hairdresser very expensive one braid for my daughter 10euro no bartering with price. Had to ask for chips to me made for kids as no child’s buffet. However staff very accommodating and will help. If you don’t speak up how will they know? Don’t expect breakfast before 8am if on early excursion . We tried to get some breakfast, chef very rude and told my husband to leave dining area and then locked the door! Luckily husband went to reception where they came over and managed to get us 4 pancakes . Overall for a quiet break away would def book again. Hopefully they will upgrade all rooms like the

We stayed at the kentia apartments end of September.. it was booked as a suprise holiday and when viewing maps etc I was a bit put off from it seeming far out from everything. I was proven wrong. Upon arriving the reception staff were lovely! The hotel cat topped it off 😅..we got our remote for the air con and settled in. We had a lovely spacious room with a dining table pots pans bowls cups mugs and a separate bedroom. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The food was also amazing,shout out to hassan for his amazing customer friendliness,there may not be a full English which we heard people complain about,but there was always something that we could eat there each night and also the staff always came and asked if we wanted anything to drink wirh our meal. The cakes were amazing! We didn't stay in the hotel as we went to the old town every night which was a lovely place,this was only 10 euro in a taxi and the taxis stopped right outside of the hotel. There is also a supermarket about 10 mins walk migros I think it was called which stocked everything you could also need. There was also a free shuttle bus to the beach and a lovely cafe at the beach also,this was quite far out and the bus back was a few hours later but we didn't mind. All in all an amazing stay and will definitely be back! 🇹🇷 🌞

Booked a last Minute cheap deal with TUI. Arrived 29th June for one week with my daughter and sister. Check in was easy. A lady on reception checked us in. We paid 200 lira deposit for the air con and £13 each device WiFi. We had a one bedroom apartment, was old fashioned but clean. A kettle but not much else was provided. It was cleaned 3 times during my week stay. However after each clean we were only left with two towels and two bed covers so we always had to ask for another of each. Food: breakfast… toast. Pancakes and a lady making fresh omelette. Other than that it was weird. Potatoes, onions, veg and salad! Lunch: always found something nice. Meat, fish. Chips salad soup and lovely dessert. Much the same at dinner. No complaints for lunch or dinner. Large pool but all sunbeds were taken by 08:00. We are early risers so always found a bed. Two days we used the free shuttle to the beach. Hamdin the photographer is absolutely wonderful, always happy and smiling and he takes gorgeous candid pics as well as posed pics. Cem the entertainer was lovely. Very funny and hardworking. Nebi the cocktail maker was asking my daughter to go on a date as well as asking any other single female to go on a date with him. The staff are all pleasant and happy, management always say hello I would definitely return to side but unfortunately not to this property. It was too basic and far out for us. The spa was nice. Lovely Turkish batch and massage. Well Worth £35

Was not a good experience food was not good entertainment null too far from amenities no view bad hotel people at desk were snooty we had no room when we arrived got sent along a dirt track road with our cases stayed there for one night no food then got a grotty room

we were already after the season (october)so we didn't have to fight for sunbeds by the hotel pool... but the hotel beach was a disaster, dirty sunbeds and mattresses, rusty umbrellas (see fotos). The umbrellas were stuck in the sand without any weight, so when the wind blew, they flew at everyone. Bus to the hotel beach only once a day at 11:00. Our room was ok, clean and large but the bathroom constantly smelled of sewage...you had to run the water in the shower after every use WC to stop it from smelling... Apart from that the bathroom was nice and the shower was spacious. P.S. We had an early morning flight so I asked about a lunchbox - you know what we got for 2 persons - see the pictures because you won't believe it !!!!! The method of packing this pseudo lunchbox blew me away (two disposable paper plates wrapped in foil - this can also be seen in the attached photos) Hotel not worth the price, and one more thing - have to pay extra for wi-fi per person.
