Side Kervan Hotel

We vacationed for the second time in Side Kervan from 09.09-30.09.23. Since we took the tour in advance, the transfer was not included, it was difficult to get there, not knowing the language, it was difficult to communicate with the local population, so we do not recommend taking a tour without a transfer. We arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the morning, the reception recommended that we go for breakfast, since the rooms had not yet been cleaned and check-in would be later. As a result, at 11.30 we received a standard room, with a view of the sea and the pool, as stated. The room has a refrigerator, TV, split system, hairdryer, safe (for a fee) The food is excellent, you never left hungry - a variety of salads, hot seasonings, herbs and just cherry tomatoes, sliced ​​cucumbers and very tasty lightly salted ones, which were sorted out in no time ") Meat of various preparations and even barbecue, fish was only twice in 22 days. Fruits included watermelon, melon, grapes of 2 types, cakes of 10 types, every other day cakes, beautifully decorated and very tasty. Drinks include 4 types of Jupi, Sprite, cola, tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc. milk, kefir, yoghurt daily. Strong drinks - beer, red wine, white wine, vodka, gin, rum, whiskey. From 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., the bar is free; at afternoon tea from 4-5 p.m. you could have a snack with puff pastries and various confectionery products. The staff is polite, some speak good Russian. Tables are immediately cleaned and wiped with antiseptic, so there were always empty seats, which in the restaurant, which is under a canopy. Special thanks to chef Ahmed and his staff, who constantly monitored the order on the serving tables, waiters Emre, Ami, Kamran, bartender Akbar, for their cheerful disposition and contact with vacationers. There are 70 rooms in the hotel, mostly Germans, Poles, English, Russians, but this did not stop anyone from relaxing. The rooms were clean, they were cleaned daily, two bottles of water every day, towels were changed daily, although we did not have time to use them, and we asked not to change the bed sheets every day, but only the pillowcases. The hotel manager is a very polite and helpful person, loves children and never walked by without a greeting and a smile, which our grandson really liked. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and it doesn’t matter that there is no animation, then go HERE. The hotel has its own beach, but it is taken away in the morning, after breakfast, and picked up at 16:00 and, in order not to miss lunch, vacationers are forced to walk in the heat for 35-40 minutes, through the ancient city. There is a rented beach, about 7 minutes from the hotel along the embankment, to the right, there are enough sunbeds, umbrellas, the water is clean, but we preferred to go straight to the embankment, and since we didn’t need sunbeds, we left a bag with a towel on the table (which is not prohibited) and swam to the buoys, where the water is amazing and clean and there are people not as much as near the shore. I recommend Side, since for 10 years in a row we have chosen only this resort town, where there is something to see and the entire infrastructure is accessible even by bus

When planning a vacation, there was a clear list of what should be in the hotel and what was not needed at all. Therefore, for those who value the location in the center, and at the same time silence, cleanliness in the rooms, good and varied cuisine, excellent views from the room, hospitality of the staff, lack of animation - then this is an excellent choice. For us, this option is a 100% hit. Special respect to the hotel staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

I chose the hotel because it had good reviews online. I can say that they are true. 8/10 is my rating. A small, intimate hotel, a bedroom for retirees. If you are looking for a party and company, it may be difficult, but the dances were also Polish hits. In the evenings, there are a few people at the pool bar, you can take drinks to your room, which a lot of people did. The alcohol is good and they don't regret it, the whiskey we drank was better than some store-bought ones from Poland. The food was delicious. Breakfast is rather the same every day, but everything is good. Lunch and dinner something different every day. The meat was usually in the form of stews, goulash, meatballs, etc. You won't eat beef steak there. Fish twice for dinner. Fruit: apple, watermelon and orange. Quite a lot of cakes. Cake for dinner every day. Friendly, nice and helpful service. There is a family atmosphere. The very helpful gentleman at the reception, I think his name was Memet. There were no problems with settling the matter. The gentlemen from the reception speak English fluently. 15 minutes' walk to the sea, shared beach with Hotel Selenium, narrow but there were no problems with sunbeds and mattresses, which are free of charge. We haven't been to the second beach, the bus ride is free. The rooms are quite small and although their glory days are behind them, they are well-kept. Even the air conditioning didn't smell of fungus, which often happens. If you are looking for peace and quiet, cleanliness, tasty food, proximity to the city center and you do not expect luxury, I highly recommend this hotel.

We checked into this hotel after 5* with full animation and all the goodies of the hotel. I just needed to move somewhere for an indefinite period of stay. We knew that the hotel was modest, we were guided by reviews. The priority was location and food. Honestly, we don’t experience anything other than positive emotions and a pleasant stay here. Very quiet, calm, a place where you can really relax. You can lie quietly by the pool, read a book, and even by this small pool you will find a free sunbed, and not a bunch of empty sunbeds occupied by towels. The food is modest, but it is enough to leave full. From alcohol, wine and beer without restrictions until 23 hours. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect. The room is modest but everything is clean and not destroyed. The Internet just flies. Well, the best thing is the location. 10 minutes to the old town 10 minutes to the beach and a chic promenade with a bunch of restaurants, cafes and bars 5 minutes to the supermarket 10 minutes to the Waikiki clothing store. When choosing a hotel, it was important for me: comfort, coziness, silence, cleanliness. The location of the hotel was also taken into account, because. I love beautiful boardwalks. Kervan hotel 100% met the expectations. Respect meeting at the reception, accommodation. The room is simply wonderful with a breathtaking view of the sea. Cleaning every day. But!!! She never interfered with my plans. Clean in the room, clean on the balcony, clean everywhere! Respect to cute and smiling women who, like invisible fairies, do their work efficiently and imperceptibly. Respect to the chef for the varied menu that was offered every day! Everything is very tasty, fresh and appetizing. Respect to the hardworking waiters!! Dirty plates miraculously disappeared from the tables. And all this with a smile and kindness. The hotel is quiet, there is no animation, you can sit in the bar with pleasant music in the evening, you can spend time by the pool. But the hotel's wonderful beach is a 10-minute leisurely walk. The beach is sandy ... entry into the sea is convenient. Already in early May, the water warmed up to the comfort of such cold-blooded people like me. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, no mattresses. The location of the hotel is a separate huge Respect!!! It takes about 10 minutes to the ancient Side ... and people come specially from all over Turkey to look and feel the atmosphere of this historical monument in the open air. The beach, again, is nearby. Shopping around wherever you go. Transport, stops and all on the next street. Bus station ... the same 10 minutes walk. The rating of the hotel is 5+!!! I recommend!

Good afternoon! We are at the hotel now. Excellent trifle! The cleanliness is almost perfect (everything is constantly being changed and cleaned, even strange), the service is on the level, the food is so super for me! For those who came to relax, not to overeat! Everything is delicious, desserts are varied, mostly not harmful! Drinks are of high quality and as much as you want. Very friendly staff, not everyone speaks Russian, but they try very hard to understand and provide everything you need. The territory is small, but well-groomed, one swimming pool, bar (open until 23:00). The private beach is far away, they take a minibus 6 times a day (not very convenient, in the morning 3 times there, in the afternoon 3 times back, if you want to get to the hotel for lunch, walk through the ancient city for about 40 minutes). Alternatively, you can go to the nearest beach on foot at any time (10 minutes at a leisurely pace), we did not take sunbeds, so we stopped anywhere on the sand, no one drove, the beach-boys were very friendly. Everything is within walking distance: stops, the promenade, the ancient city, shops, even Novomoll (shopping center in Manavgat) can be reached in 40 minutes in the heat (or 7 minutes on a dolmush). In short, for those who are positive and active, this hotel fits perfectly! I can't help but add a fly in the ointment! Your shower sucks and toiletry cups would do well to add! I hope that the hotel manager will respond to criticism promptly and the hotel guests will write only rave reviews!

Впервые в этом отеле. Вроде бы все ничего,но...В последний десятый день(а вернее ночь) пребывания в баре устроили такую ночь дискотеки,что в номерах сложно было даже расслышать своего собеседника. Этот факт прямо испортил все впечатление от отдыха и от отеля. У нас ранний выезд был из отеля в аэропорт в 4ч утра. И как уже следует естественно никто даже глаз не смог сомкнуть. Больше в этот отель ни ногой!!!!!!

Добрый вечер) Мы с мужем были в Сиде отель Керван 3* с 04.10.22- 19.10.22. Мы ежегодно уже с 2013 года отдыхаем в Сиде, так как город этот нравится и мы заодно "убиваем двух зайцев" -отдыхаем и встречаемся с нашими родственниками из Германии , проводим вместе время и на пляже и в вечернее время. Но хочу поделиться нашим мнением по поводу отеля Керван. Всегда отели брали 4*, но последнее время стали рассматривать всё, то находится недалеко от наших родных, а они всегда берут один и тот же отель на первой береговой линии, вот и наткнулись на Керван и ни чуть не пожалели) Он заслуживает твёрдую 4-ку. Убирали ежедневно, полотенца меняли каждый день и постельное ежедневно, хотя мы полотенца не успевали все использовать. Номер у нас был стандартный 307 и даже , если бы был ПРОМО, то ничего страшного , так как эти номера выходят на бары, ресторан и бассейн и те кто не хотел ходить на море-проводили время на лежаках читая купаясь и загорая. Ну, а любителям "попить" предоставлено все прохладительные напитки , вино, крепкие напитки (всё очень даже приличного состава) с 10.00-23.00. Еда нормальная, хотя в отзывах читала ни совсем приличные комментарии и задумываешься , что же они дома готовят, уж конечно же, ни такое разнообразие , которое было в Керване!? Мясо было разнообразное на все вкусы, часто рыба, много овощей,фрукты постоянно,выпечка, пирожено видов 10, одним словом голодными никто не оставался.И самое приятное ,что сам шеф-повар выходил к отдыхающим и интересовался понравился ли завтрак, обед или ужин)Отдельное спасибо всему обслуживающему персоналу, которые всегда улыбались, пусть даже ни совсем понимали наш язык) На ресепшене ребята очень вежливые и идущие навстречу любым просьбам.Как-то к нам приехала наша знакомая с другого отеля и они беспрепятственно пропустили её к нам в номер)ТВ в номере было без русских каналов, но мы попросили и нам настроили Россию 24 , ТНТ,СТС. хотя и смотреть-то было некогда, мы постоянно были в движении. Пляж, который отель арендовал находился в 10 минутах медленного шага, куда мы и ходили, а собственный пляж, на который мы ни разу не ездили, в 5 минутах езды на автобусе, который подают по часам, а обратно, если кто хочет успеть на обед, можно вернуться на любом автобусе от пляжа за 1 доллар, ну идти минут 20-25, что очень полезно, такк как можно посмотреть инфраструктуру и старый город, развалины и пофотографироваться) В метрах 50-70 от отеля находится магазин Вай кити , где можно приобрести всё из хлопка , Деним банк в 20 метрах и как к морю спускаться находится большой ряд супермаркетов, различных магазинов одежды , обуви и т.д. Отдых прошёл отлично и желание вернутся обязательно в этот же отель. Рекомендуем и вы не пожалеете!
