The day we left, my car's battery was dead. It was nice that the hotel owner left his breakfast without any hesitation, took out his car and gave me a battery boost. (You know, you can shop at the market, but you can attend your funeral.) You'll never see such attention in a 5-star hotel. They won't even look at you after you leave the hotel. All inclusive is not all inclusive, but just full board with drinks... Unfortunately drinks are only sugar and chemicals... No snack, no ice cream... Spa closed, bar restaurant closed, food always the same... Coffee tastes good not... You can only drink tea and water. For us, visiting this hotel was a really bad choice, but we will come back to Turkey, but never to this hotel

The bartender Serkan is very smiling and friendly. He is a hardworking friend. Also, female friends and male friends working in the dining room are very sensitive. Rooms are good, no problems.......The only shortcoming is that I think the pools are not cleaned every day or every 2 days. There is no show or entertainment, I wanted something in the evening. A good family hotel, not too loud.

This hotel is not for English speakers. There was virtually no one at the hotel who could speak English. The guests at the hotel were from Turkey, Poland, Russia and Germany, so would not recommend it to people from Scandinavia.
