We've booked the hotel as a large group of multiple families, for a kids' music festival. One of the most luxury resorts I've ever visited! Rooms are large and comfortable, with fantastic views on Mediterranean Sea. Shared facilities are vast and diverse, both outdoor and indoor, for any taste: a number of swimming pools, spa, bars, discos... Food is super delicious, with a great choice, and all the personnel is super friendly!

I am very disappointed with this hotel. It does not live up to its advertising. Half of the hotel is closed and not working. No activities or evening shows. There is not even music playing anywhere during the day. The air conditioning in the rooms is not working. The minibar is not filled even though it should be. This was the worst decision I made choosing to stay at this hotel. My vacation was ruined and I wanted to go home as soon as possible.

Dining at the hotel restaurant was a true pleasure .the staff were not only efficient but also genuinely kind and thoughtful.They remembered small details and made every visit enjoyable .The quality of service was exceptional.I sincerely thank the restaurant guest relation for her outstanding support and friendly attitude throughout my stay
