We are currently staying at this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the entrance is beautiful, but that’s about all that is. It looks extremely modern until you’re further into the hotel and it’s nothing but old and dated. Our room is ok, however to be greeted with blood stains on the floor near the bathroom is not only absolutely disgusting but extremely unhygienic. I have 2 young children, one who is crawling and could have easily had his mouth on the floor and caught anything from these blood stains. DISGUSTING!! I raised my concerns to reception who offered change rooms on the exact same floor, which was extremely inconvenient for myself and my family who had settled in the room and unpacked all of our clothing. I had no apology for the lack of care taken by housekeeping. His words were ‘I’ll get house keeping to come and clean it properly’ - should that not have been done correctly anyway??? I will never stay in this hotel again. ABSOLUTELY NOT 5*. Far from it! Wish me luck for the rest of my stay.

Had a fantastic week here with my partner. The hotel facilities are excellent, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, and the service from the staff is the best I have experienced, so attentive and helpful. Particular mention to Murat for his poolside service. Side is about an hour’s walk along the beach promenade which is a nice place to stroll around, Manavgat is also worth a visit for the waterfalls.

We had an amazing time in Turkey for the first time. We visited Paloma Perissia and we were greeted by lovely and friendly staff. A special mention to Murat, he was amazing. He didn’t give a 5* service, he gave a 10* service! Always looked after us by the pool, making us smile and laugh. Never made us go thirsty! We miss his smile already. Excellent all inclusive resort. Pool side is amazing with friendly pool side staff. Especially Murat, always friendly & helpful with drinks and information. The restaurants are all amazing & the food is great in each restaurant. Would definitely recommend . The staff in all the restaurants are helpful. The reception staff can’t do enough & we’re really helpful sorting out a problem we had ( nothing to do with the resort).

The hotel was very clean, staff went out of their way , food was delicious, had a room with a sea view what a fabulous view we had . Bryron was our waiter at the restaurant he always went over and above for us . Room really nice , clean towels every day and maid service every day , we are going back next year.

Hotel very nice, grounds are spotless and at this time of year we had no problems with sunbeds. Breakfast only continental plus omelettes so if you're expecting full English, prepare to be disappointed! Shout out to Murat, great pool bartender, didn't have to leave our sunbeds to get served. Tasty cooked lunch at pool bar. Wine quality disappointing overall. Dinner has a wide selection. Our room has a great view and large, just very noisy; patio doors bang, lots of scraping of furniture early morning and we are next to the cleaning cupboard so double whammy. Especially as uk time is 2 hours behind Turkish time so to us it feels super early to get woken up on holiday. Lots of steps so not great for those with walking difficulties. Our room has no access via a lift. Long walk into Side, but not impossible. Cats are literally everywhere. Would come back but would want a quieter room.

Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, good food, friendly and helpful staff great value for money. Our poolside bar staff Murat was extremely helpful and friendly and the girls in the kids club are a god send! Thank you so much for taking care of us

We stayed at the Paloma Perissia for two weeks. We had a lovely holiday and our family really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is so clean and tidy. The staff work very hard to maintain a very high standard. The food was a bit repetitive, but we always found something to eat. We enjoyed having lunch at Quentine most days, and our favourite al a carte was Wasabi. We done a private boat with Banana Jo located on the beach, it was fantastic. The trip lasts approximately 1 hour. It gives the chance to see some of the sites around Side and also sea turtles. As a family we want to give a huge thank you to Murat the pool waiter. He looked after us all great and his service was fantastic!. From the Baxter family we want to say thank you so much!, he really is a credit to the Paloma Perissia team.

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Beautiful hotel and grounds, immaculate, very boho chic vibe. Staff are beyond helpful, especially Hasan the rollerblading legend and Yalcin at reception, amazing service. Room had beautiful views and was super clean. Food and drink amazing, so much choice and so many options. Lovely walks along the promenade into Side with its beautiful old town and harbour. Will definitely return.
