Lemas Suite Hotel

Stayed for 3 nights in October We checked in late , first by front office Mr Metin sorted our room request he is so kind and helpful We had room 245 too floor overlooking to the Pool 1 bedroom apartment, comphy beds in bedroom Room with kitchenette is spacious Sofa beds r okay Lovely bath and shower area Hotel has restaurant and hammam Market on site, speak reception if closed so they can open it for u Shoopkeeper is lovely person At Restaurant, Karaoke nights were amazing . Lovely place to gather sing and enjoy drinks Adam, Sanchez , Ugur , Furkan and other guys cant remember the names all working hard Prices is restaurant is good if u compare with downtown ( Downton is super pricey ) Free beach service but if u r not beach person Annex part of Hotel is adult only pool and amazing to chill n relax Thanks to Tech persons Adem and Aydın too they r lovely always around to sort small issues and maintanence Cons No wifi at room Wifi by restaurant is also slow ( can do something about it ) Rooms needs dishwashing liquids and cloth , Rinse aid , sponges cos of it id Apart Hotel I asked our Maid for these , she fixed for us she is most amazing and lovely Maid ever she is called Fatma !!! Toasters, Coffee machines must be present at the room i guess Children play area could be beter a carpet area and with sun protection tent same as children pool by mainside ... play area full of cat poo's cos of soils ane sands so for hygiene reasons Overaal great hotel great potential to beter hotel Recommend this hotel to Solos , Couples and people wanna stay at quieter side of the area Thank you

If you are looking for the perfect budget hotel, look no further. We went last year, loved it so much, we returned this year and have already booked for next year. The hotel is spotless. Cleaned every day without fail. Yes, some of the rooms are basic, but how long do you spend in your room? The food is lovely and value for money. The head chef Alex is great and will go over and above to cook your favourite meal. All the staff are great but a special mention must go to Adam who is the bar manager. That man has such a kind heart and will do anything for you. The pools are lovely and clean, plenty of sun beds with waiters on hand when needed. It is situated near enough to the “*****” but far enough away for peace and quiet. If you are looking for a busy bustling hotel with pool parties and non stop entertainment, this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful small hotel with great staff, clean rooms and a “nothings too much trouble” attitude in a peaceful environment then look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s perfect if you have the right attitude.

Loved our stay at Lemas Suite Hotel (13-20 Sept 24) Lovely clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is a good one. Adem is so thoughtful and helpful, doing everything he can to make sure that you are taken care of. We will definitely be returning to this lovely place 5 ⭐️

Another lovely stay at Lemas apartments. Can’t fault anything about these apartments they are basic but clean lovely big pool and an adult only pool which is lovely and peaceful.Fatos our cleaner went over and above. Highly recommend.

Just back from booking a last minute stay for a weeks holiday here. On booking we were upgraded to a self catering apartment. The hotel itself is basic but clean with friendly enough staff, although we didn't actually have much interaction with them. Our room was clean enough, however in the bedroom there was loads of (what I'm presuming) makeup marks all over the walls around the mirror, something that would have cleaned off with a good wipe. The unit under the mirror was also dirty with a previous guests fake eyelash stuck on it. If you were staying self catering I think you'd be a little disappointed as the facilities are really poor (2 little hobs, not an actual cooker and a kettle). The cutlery in our room was also dirty with brown sticky marks all over some of it. The room was very basic with the bathroom being the nicest part as it looked upgraded compared to the rest. Did this affect my stay?? No it didn't & yes I would stay again. I just personally feel that there are a few basic upgrades that could be done to make this hotel nicer. The location was perfect for us, away from the business of everything but local enough to still walk to the beach/shops and a 5min taxi ride to the old town. We only spent a couple of days around the pool area and we chose to sit around the adult only pool which was across the road from the main complex. We never had an issue with sunbeds etc. Another thing to note is that they pay no attention to the do not disturb signs. Towels/linen are changed every 3 days. In between we felt we didn't need the service as we make our own beds and clean up after ourselves so had put the do not disturb sign up but each time we came back the cleaners had been in. They also entered one day while we were still in bed and had the sign on the door. All in all the hotel is basic but for us it was adequate. If I was staying with children or looking for a proper self catering place I maybe wouldn't choose this hotel but it is a good base for exploring side and surrounding areas. Like I've previously said some basic upgrades (a lick of paint in bedrooms for example) would make the world of difference to this place.

Second time staying at Lemas suite and we intend on returning again next year. Improving already on last year air con was Included in our stay which is brilliant for a 2 star hotel. In my opinion I think a 2 star rating for this hotel is very low. The decor on rooms might be dated but they're incredibly clean, cleaners in daily and towels changed. The pool and bar area is also unbelievably clean, the bar staff go above and beyond running around after everyone with a smile on their face nothing is too much trouble!! The food onsite is all cooked fresh to order and reasonably priced. The onsite shop staff are so friendly as is the hair stylist. It's only a 5 minute walk to some shops and restaurants. Most bigger restaurants further out picked us up although we did walk to the harbour one evening and although took a while was a lovely walk. Beach can be reached in 10 mins :) Hotel might be rated 2 stars but the staff make it 5 star service. Can't speak for lower reviews we stayed in the main hotel building but the holiday was well priced for what we got. If you was 5 star fixtures and fittings I wouldn't book a 2 star. It's clean l, comfortable and the staff make is amazing:)
