I’ll give you a fair assessment of our trip having returned from a week away with my wife and two children (16).
Firstly the hotel is of a good standard - not 5 star in my opinion (probably 3/4) having stayed in Turkey on a number of other occasions.
The location is marred by the surrendering area which is “scruffy”. It’s a 5 minute courtesy bus to the beach which is OK and provides decent snack food. Side is about a 20 minute walk and is a must to see the spectacular ruins.
The main restaurant is mediocre at best - the food is although varied with plenty of choice, unfortunately the not warm. The outside grill area is okay with a few choices - chicken, burgers, steak etc but again not warm at all.
The pool area is nice however the water was extremely cold (might be warmer in July or August). The water slides were good and the pool snack bar offered the best choice of food - fresh and hot!!
The drinks were again pretty standard - no fancy cocktails unless you paid extra for this at the vitamin bar around €6 for a frozen strawberry dac.
All in all a pleasant stay - rooms are of a good standard, entertainment was pretty non existent and all the staff were friendly and polite (Mermet especially in the lobby bar!).

Firstly ignore all bad reviews!! Amongst looking for hotels I came across this one, I looked at reviews as you do and came across a few bad ones but amongst looking at multiple hotels this seemed to be the best one so I still booked it and thank god I did ! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are incredible especially umut (entertainment manager) they’ve made us feel extremely welcome hospitality has been exceptional staff are incredibly attentive and all staff members coming to your hands and knees at all hours. Drink half empty? It’s filled up before the glass is even empty. Food is absolutely incredible with a code variety of different cultural foods, multiples desserts you’ll never go hungry at this hotel ! As breakfast lunch dinner snacks are all exclusive ! Hungry during the night ? They even have food available all night which we were so suprised about. The way they make the food to look absolutely incredible 5* is an understatement. There’s entertainment on every night with multiple different shows downstairs African show, stunt show, belly dancing none stop entertainment. There’s even a disco which is more like a nightclub downstairs which we attended which was incredible. All alcohol is all inclusive to you can get as many alcohol drinks as you like The spa is beautiful we also got massages which was incredible definitely recommend this hotel. This was our first holiday to Turkey as a family of 3. We'd originally booked another hotel but after reading reviews decided to pay alittle extra to Stay at Arnor De Luxe. We're so glad we did! Arrived late at night, greeted with a warm welcome from the start. Room was just as pictured! Fresh water and drinks in our fridge and slippers were a lovely touch! Plenty of towels and cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all pleasant experiences with plenty of choice. Staff were actively busy and very friendly and attentive. Being able to get a cup of tea was a bonus Hotel grounds were immaculate! Air con throughout and plenty of places to sit and drink. Snack bar had tasty food and good choice. Pools were fresh water and always clean. Slides were great and children's areas all seemed safe and tastefully decorated. The hotels facilities were great! I especially loved the Spa. Treatments I had were amazing and value for money. Plenty to do outside hotel and Side Old Town was 20 mins walk or 10 min taxi ride. This is a must! It's beautiful with lots of opportunities to shop! I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Side!

Stayed here 15-22 November! Hotel lovely and clean rooms are clean and daily house keeping restocking fridge most days. Food always found something but did get a bit repetitive in main restaurant. Beach snack bar was better than snack bar at the hotel . Al la cart was lovely I had the chicken main mea,l friend had the beef for sure the chicken was a better choice.. Drinks were good although some cocktails were hit and miss the prosecco was also included in the all inclusive. Staff were friendly guest relations lady was lovely as was Ali from entertainment he's only 18 and what a lovely boy and for sure a credit to the hotel we gave Ali some things we had left over he was so appreciated What I really liked about the hotel was they had tip boxes so you can give tips and the tips are shared between all the staff! Also would ask the guest if they go down to beach if they can keep there left overs for the dogs and cats there so friendly and a shame they're not feed the leftovers as you can see there ribs . All in all we enjoyed our holiday and would go back! Myself and my friend share the same name so everyone called us The 2 Julie's Thank you for a lovely holiday.

I came to this hotel for 10 days in may with my wife for our honeymoon and wow this hotel delivered !!!! The shower power is excellent the rooms are so clean and cleaned daily the pools are excellent the food is excellent all the amenities are incredible the staff at reception were amazing The massage team at the spa were great emine is really strong I recommended her to everyone brilliant massage Now the entertainment team HASAN & AHMET You guys were 12/10 amazing you will not be my friends or a memory of my holiday you both will always be my brothers I will consistently stay in touch and I hope to return to this hotel in October I miss the both of you you were both amazing guys and I can’t wait to see the both of you again Hakan hotel stay 6 - 16 May 2025

Fabulous hotel - from clean, modern rooms, to amazing food, very friendly staff and impeccable pool and spa facilities. We loved our stay at Arnor and would highly recommend it to everyone. Mark, Ali and Emre were 3 of the many helpful staff members at this hotel who made our stay even more positive. Food and drinks could not be faulted and the spa was very well priced. Would definitely go back. One little area of improvement for the management would be to keep the lights on in the bars after midnight… we understand that the bars close at midnight and that the lights are then turned off to encourage people to go to the disco bar but our group were quite happy to stay where we were whether that was the snack bar outside or the lobby bar - finishing our drinks / playing cards etc for another hour or so after midnight and we thought it was quite unnecessary to turn off the lights completely and make us sit there in pitch dark.

It was amazing experience to stay in this lovely hotel.Hotel staff was nice and welcoming.All the facilities including pool and slides were world class.Room was neat and clean and was clean every day.The menu of breakfast lunch and dinner were excellent and there were plenty of options available in the buffet for everybody.Hight recommended this hotel and will visit again in future. Very generous hotel in terms of food and snacks.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. I could not find any negatives. The reception , staff, pools, slides , generous food and drinks . All the staff were always smiling. The food and menue is especially amazing. Buffet food is very nice. Also outside the breakfast , lunch and dinner there are snack bar and main bar which serves tea/ coffee and pastries etc. Main Antalya town is away from this place. So this is not the place for shopping in the malls and street. There are nice and quiet roads where you can go for walks. There are plenty of walking options inside the resort. For families with small kids, this is really good place. Room service is for everybody. I will highly recommend this resort for anybody.
