Calimera Side Resort

Great hotel. Everyone single one of staff cant do enough to help. We have a disabled son and they tried there hardest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Food does get a bit samey after 4 or 5 days but thats been the same wherever ive been and im including 5 star caribean hotels in this. Just get out the hotel once or twice and youll love it. Food 4/5 entermainment 3/5 that could be better. Staff 10/10. Great slides for kids. Heated pool on 1 which helped this time of year. Average wage in turkey just over 4k so yes might try to get more out of you on photos massages tips etc but cant fault their effort. Going out avoid Elia in Side old town. Started well with starters. Got 6 prawns for 30 euros. Ask price before you order seafish as 1 seabream cost 50 euros. Nothing much with it. Slow as well whilst quarter full. Book the jeep safari great fun and value. Also avoid mangavart market. Aggressive. Will come back to hotel again just for staff

My friend and I stayed in this hotel end of March and we loved it! Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay in. The whole place was so tidy and clean. Our room had a balcony and it sort of felt like a wee apartment rather than room. All staff were so friendly and lovely, they sorted everything out for you if needed. Entertainment was great, there was always something to do. Luto would always organise some entertainment in the afternoon, had so much fun playing darts, water polo or even beer pong :D Mert would take care of the evening fun like karaoke or bingo! Both are amazing in their job and so much fun!! :) The food was great, so much to choose from so even if you are a fussy eater I'm sure you will be able to find something for yourself. Some mornings they would have an omelette corner and in the evenings they would sometimes have a bbq corner etc. We were only there for 4 days so I'm sure there is much more to try! The kitchen/waiting staff couldn't do enough for you, always asking if anything is needed. Bar staff were amazing as well, sorting out whatever drinks were wanted. They were very friendly and chatty, making great cocktails. The cocktail menu was surprisingly long as well, loads to choose from. Also got to try the SPA in the hotel, the Turkish bath was great and so was the hot stone massage afterwards. The staff knew what they were doing! Highly recommended. The hotel has slides and heated pool (which was amazing because the water in the main pool was a bit cold). Great memories made for sure! Thank you so much guys and see you next year!! Staff are amazing mert and Luto are brilliant with entertainment anything you need they will sort for you couldn’t ask for much more. Food was amazing and the rooms are perfect for what you need. Have already booked my holiday for next year with these guys and can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff are very friendly. Food is excellent. The entire hotel is cleaned from top to bottom every day. The hotel is very accommodating and has great facilities as well as excellent entertainment in the evening .Would definitely recommend!!

Arrived Wednesday 27th March 2024 we were one of the 1st guest to arrive! What an absolutely amazing welcome they couldn’t do more for you! Rooms are beautiful and the cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional! Food is served at different restaurants throughout the day and offer a wide choice even for the fussy eaters! Entertainment guys are brilliant… especially Luto and Noah! They treated us all like family! Never had a dull day with those guys around! Would 100% recommended this hotel! Thanks for making our stay memorable we will definitely be back!

THE BEST hotel I've ever stayed in!! Stayed 27-31 March with my friend and loved every single day! The hotel was very clean and the room (more of an apartment) was lovely with a big double shower and a fridge and sofa and a tv. We also had a balcony which looked over one of the pools! The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing and there was always so much choice! The only thing about the food was that a lot of stuff made of mince was lamb, as i'm fussy i didn't eat that, but there was always chicken or Turkey alternatives!! There was a heated pool which was amazing to play water polo in! This was a daily activity and was a lot of fun! The entertainment team was probably my favourite part of the whole trip!! ❤️ Luto was the best entertainment team member! HE always ensured there were things to do such as darts, shooting, water polo, beer pong and many more. He was entertaining from the morning right through to the night time activities. Despite there being not many people there yet, he made sure we were never bored! He has also organised a night where some guests were able to go to a club opening where he looked after the small group of us and continued to entertain with some promised belly dancing LOL💪The evening activities were then run by Mert who was also very entertaining 🙈 He run the BINGO which i was lucky to win twice 💪💪 he made it fun and ensured everyone was taking part. Merve was another entertaining team member who looked after the kids disco which was fun even for adults. She was absolutely lovely and also ensured everyone took part! There was also a Karaoke night where a lot of talented people showed off their skills!! Bar staff has also been fantastic! Mahmut has been the best in making cocktails and was keen to make cocktails that were not part of the list as well as some shots, such as Baby Guinness Overall the staff in the hotel was absolutely amazing and very helpful!! We will definitely be coming back next year! Hopefully for longer next time❤️ Thank you Side Resort for making my first Turkey holiday so special!!

We have loved our time at the Side Resort Hotel. All staff have been friendly and going above and beyond to make the holiday enjoyable right from checking in on the first night we got here. The whole hotel is kept spotless and people work so hard. The food has a variety of choice and my family particularly loved the omelettes freshly made each morning. The choice of cocktails and mocktails included in the all inclusive is more than I’ve ever known before and you never have to wait long to get a drink. It’s also brilliant how ice creams are available up until 9pm each day. My girls loved the water slides and visited them daily and loved the game of fire ball. A hidden gem that needs shouting out about is the free shuttle bus to the beach. When you arrive at the beach, the hotel has its own reserved part where you are provided with free lounges and parasols. You pay for food and drinks but there is everything that you need for the day (just remember footwear when walking over the sand as it gets very hot). The water sports on the beach are worth a go as well. We did the Sofa and thoroughly enjoyed it. Saving the best till last, Baris, the manager of the animation team needs a huge shout out. He has made our holiday and kept us all entertained. His energy and enthusiasm puts a smile on everyone’s face. He deserves amazing recognition. Overall, a brilliant holiday and we would recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel nice and clean, pools are clean and food was really nice. Staff couldn't do enough for you would definitely recommend. Plenty for the kids to do and kid friendly meal options ( fries, chicken nuggets, smiley faces etc)

good and relaxing time there.Fresh rooms and warm pools friendly crew everywhere. Very fine artists every night at the shene. Nice foods from different country every night.Very clean around the pools and hotel area.
