When we arrived at this hotel at 3am after travelling more than 24 hours the receptionist could not see our reservation on the system and refused our stay. We produced our receipt and copies of email conversation with the hotel but he wasn't interested. He called his manager at home and he also refused to acknowledge our booking and refused to speak to us. We had paid 100% of the bill. Eventually we got a room at 9am. The carpet and general state of the room was unclean. Poor shower. Breakfast was poor selection. Customer service was appalling. The airport shuttle was also unavailable on our flight arrival 2am. I would not recommend this hotel, avoid at all costs!

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. There is no hair dryers in the rooms, no tea bags, no milk. I had to call the reception to have small towels. I had to change the room because the one I was first given was smelling tobacco too much, so people do smoke in rooms because I assume the hotel does not have a smoking alarm. The access to the Gym is on extra payable to access the Spa, which is not what a 5 stars hotels or any other hotel do usually. The only positive note in this hotel is the massage therapy which is an extra you have to pay for.

Un sejour en famille très agreeable ,hotel propre.personnel sympathize et survivable au petit soin . Emplacement très pratique,je revienderai inchallah . La piscine est geniale ,adapter au petit et au grand . Parking au choix interieur ou exterieur. Le buffet est varie et riche . Bravo pour cette hotel qui merite bien ces etoiles.

Personnel sourients Emplacement décentré du centre Chambre correct pour le prix ( 15 000 dzd/ chambres doubles avec PD) + taxe de séjour de 600dzd/personnes Vu sans intérêt P Dj correct aussi (manque de variété) Pecine propre mais les vestiaire ne le sont pas et pas de maître nageur ou qlq qui s'en occupe Sale de sport fermé le vendredi Parking surveiller à côté, mais il faut à chaque entré prendre un ticket au borne automatique puis de le cacher à la réception et le présenter à la sortie. On conclusion bon rapport qualité /prix A conseiller

Le charme des lieux, le calme absolu, l'extrême propreté, la qualité des équipements (literie très confortable) et Le calme , la gentillesse et la comptence du personnel toujours souriant et disposé à vous apporter satisfaction mention spéciale pour Ismahane et abdelouhab.
