Everything is great. All of the Staff are really kind and sweet. The food and service are also very good. We also had a free dinner service for long term stay. We really enjoyed staying at The Embassy Angkor Resort & Spa.

Didn't enjoy the facilities as it felt generally more aged. Stayed on ground floor which had quite a lot of mosquitoes too. But might be lovely if you enjoy Bali-resort style stays.

The resort is a little old, while the room was comfortable, some parts such as the bathroom door could not be closed. The water also smelled rusty which wasn't a pleasant experience.

We had the most amazing time at Embassy Angkor and can’t wait to go back! Everything about our stay was wonderful—from the incredibly comfortable bed and spacious room to the peaceful pool area. We absolutely love the hotel's layout; it creates such a serene and quiet atmosphere. The library area was a personal favourite. And the food—oh my God! We’ve been to so many international hotels, and it’s rare to find a place that nails every single dish. Seriously, kudos to the chefs and kitchen staff! We were so impressed that we were already making plans to return specifically to this resort because we loved it so much. A huge shoutout to the staff for being so polite and helpful, especially Savit from the restaurant and kitchen, Barang from the front office, and Polin, Sokhim, and Sa from the breakfast team. Also the girl from the bar, so sorry we didn't get her name. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

It’s a nice place to stay after visiting Angkor. Here you can enjoy a leisure time. The people here are very friendly and anytime can see the khmer smile on their face… full of peace and happiness. The girls named Sa and Keen are kind and warm! I love here and recommend the tourists who pursue a special comfortable experience in Siem Reap.

The hotel was great, small tropical oasis with very clean rooms and nice views. Would have been better if the breakfast food had more flavour, choices and everything prepared before guests arrived (7am) as we waited a long time for food. We stayed 3 nights and the internet was extremely slow (not able to log onto anything - hotmail, Agoda etc) during our stay. If the hotel improves this, we would come back.

Peaceful and luxurious hotel in Siem Reap. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Spa offers amazing treatments and and rooms are very spacious and clean.

The property is lovely, but it’s located quite far from town, making it not walkable and a bit intimidating to navigate at night. However, the complimentary one-way tuk-tuk service offered daily was a thoughtful touch and made me feel safe. The free breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and I appreciated the packed breakfast provided for my early-morning flight—such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. One highlight for me was the gym, which is well-equipped with boxing equipment—a rare find! The pool was also fantastic, offering a refreshing break after long walks visiting nearby temples. While the food was mostly good, I found the tempura and shakes underwhelming, especially given that they were priced double compared to similar offerings in town. There’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Overall, the hotel deserves a 5-star rating, thanks to its spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! PS: i enjoy the free high tea at 3pm to 4pm! Didn’t try the spa but seems decent

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

Despite the fewer choices for breakfast, we like the stay here. Friendly and helpful staff and services.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The hotel is beautiful and well priced. The service is excellent and the staff go above and beyond (even remembering our name after one day).  Phea was excellent is attending our every need. He even tried to help me get local Cambodian football shirts (I tried several shops without success). The bar man (Polin and another) was also very good and makes very tasty cocktails (all day happy hour!!) The style of the hotel is beautiful and feels lush.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Mun (the head of service, I believe) and Mr. Run. Their kindness and attention to detail made a lasting impression and really elevated the whole experience. The resort is beautifully designed, with a calm and elegant atmosphere throughout. My room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve slept in. I got a great deal, and the included breakfast was delicious. I especially appreciated the relaxed approach to breakfast time—there was no stress even when I showed up a bit later. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. All around, it was an excellent stay. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it.
