Honeymoon suite for a solo traveler ❤️ what a nice treat for yourself. The bathtub on the balcony overlooking the pool was fabulous.

I had a wonderful experience at the Elephant Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the main train station, 7 minutes to the central market, and about 10 minutes to the city zoo and riverside park. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, caring, and always ready to assist with anything you need, no matter how big or small. Honestly, the level of service here goes beyond what you’d expect—even from a 5-star hotel. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality!

Service and hospitality was top notch. From the cold refreshing towels and sweet cinnamon welcome drink on the first day and responsive staff who are always happy to serve with smiles and laughter at any hour of our stay, we would definitely be coming here again! Although the road to the stay is a bit dark and quiet at night, the location is a 10-min drive from Pub Street and they even offer free tuk-tuk transport to drop you off around the area if needed.

A little out of the city, big room, and very friendly staff, they offer free afternoon tea with snacks every day

Nice hotel

We stayed at the Elephant Hotel for 5 nights in April 2024 and had an excellent experience. The room was large and comfortable and an oasis in the heat as was the pool which is a good size and extremely clean. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, a quiet escape amidst the bustle of the city. It's on the street, yet quiet and accessible. It's within walking distance of the bar district, and there are good restaurants a few hundred meters west. The front desk and service staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, parking, a free swimming pool, and afternoon tea. The room was a great value, affordable, and spacious. It came with a balcony, a bathtub, a safe, and a refrigerator. You can boil your own water or use the water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor.

5 nights. Breakfast (paid) 8 kinds, wide selection, and abundant. Free tuk-tuk to the city from 6 PM to 9 PM, which I used every day. Free afternoon tea provided from 3 PM to 4:30 PM was good, although I couldn't use it every time. The bathroom was large and convenient. However, the water pressure was weak, so the shower time was long. The hotel is located a bit on the outskirts, but since I had to use a tuk-tuk anyway, I didn't feel any inconvenience in moving around. Compared to hotels in the city center, it is a bit far from the Angkor Wat ruins and a bit closer to Tonle Sap. The staff were kind and answered many questions about local events faithfully, which I appreciated.

I like elephant so much. It is just behind Siem Reap Middle School. There are welcome fruits and refreshments when you come in. There are flowers in the room. The swimming pool is just outside the building. If you happen to be free in the hotel, afternoon refreshments are provided free of charge from 3:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon. There is a big market around. You can eat the food at the end of the picture for 2$. The price is touching. The waiters are very enthusiastic and of high quality. I will choose it again in the future. A five-star hotel with a price of about 560/2 days, what else do you need a bicycle? I have seen various temples in the small circle, big circle and outer circle, Ben Mealea and Ta Prohm, Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, Thong Wang Wall, sunset on Phnom Bakheng and sunrise on Angkor Wat. I didn’t see thick clouds. I will come again next time! Hotel🧱🦵

If we discuss the price-performance ratio, I can't comment. Siem Reap's development level is equivalent to that of China's fourth-tier tourist cities, and the actual configuration of the room is not as good as that of Xin Hanting. But to be honest, Siem Reap is now at this price and this configuration, so try to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of this hotel without considering the price-performance ratio: The hotel has a bit of colonial style, the kind of Southeast Asian people kowtow to Europeans, whether in decoration or service attitude. Pay attention, warm greetings, priority service, answers to all questions, etc. They only treat Europeans and Americans like this. Chinese people pay the same money but do not deserve the same treatment. The honeymoon room I booked is spacious and quiet, but it is dark, and some lights can never be turned on. There are a lot of bugs jumping around in the room, on the bed, on the floor, on the towels... The open-air bathtub is very dirty and not private enough to use. There is also a bug. Both the room and the toilet can lead to the open balcony. The room side can be locked, but the toilet cannot, and the toilet door cannot be locked from the inside. In other words, someone can enter your room through the balcony at any time, which makes people feel very insecure.

It is recommended to choose a room on the first floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a swimming pool right outside the door, giving you the feeling of living in a villa.

It's a little bit remote and quiet, but you can walk to the pedestrian street quickly. There is a swimming pool and the overall environment is good.
