We booked a double room with balcony + city view.
When we checked in, they gave us a tiny room with a bed and bathroom. No balcony, no view. Different place than what we had booked.
We complained, however no room in the layout we had booked through trip.com was available.
So they gave us a different room which was slightly nicer. However the view was the wall of a seafood restaurant. And it was smaller than what we had booked.
Place lacks organisation / management. Overheard multiple travellers complaining about the same thing at front desk.
Still had a positive experience at the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Would probably stay again

服務態度非常好，但酒店肯定不是2024年開的，裏面設施陳舊，而且面積也很小沒有寫的38平，晚上外面酒吧很吵，但是就一晚300的價格來説也沒什麼問題，而且給的房間跟圖片上完全不一樣
