We had an amazing time staying at The Luxury hotel. The location is great, and the staff is excellent! 10/10. Would definitely recommend it.

unfortunately this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. There is a nightclub right next to the hotel which has blaring music starting at 7pm until 4am every single night and there is absolutely zero soundproofing. It was so bad we asked to move rooms which we have never done before but the other room on the other side of the hotel was just as bad and so i think all of the rooms have the same issue, me and my partner slept with noise cancelling foam earbuds as well as noise cancelling headphones with rain sounds on full blast and still we could not sleep until 4am when the music finally stopped. It is genuinely the loudest hotel room i have ever stayed in, we also woke up each morning to find rat droppings all over the hotel floor. I really would not advice anyone to stay here unless they naturally stay up until at least 4am it was genuinely horrendous. The reception team were absolutely lovely and tried their best but there was no escaping the noise or rats.

It hurt to have to leave Siem Reap, Cambodia early. If I stay longer next time, I will definitely choose to stay at the luxury hotel again!

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast! Very friendly staff who are always willing to help. We took some tours with them, rented a motorbike there, and also had a transfer back to the airport.
