The location is excellent, near to Pub Street but quiet. I like it's very near to a local bakery patronised by locals

I think it’s good place but service is not good

24hr check in was very helpful. Toilet didn’t work at all and room was very close to the pool. It was loud in the morning with people and dogs barking but did the job and is in a good location.

In the bathroom uncomfortable

Counter doesn’t understand well about online booking and also give our room to other. But after complaining, they agreed to change room for us!

Good location near pub street

It's not comfortable to live here.

First visit to Siem Reap I used here. with very friendly staff It's a family friendly atmosphere. The room is clean and satisfying.

The facilities are too shabby. Nothing is good. Won't come again next time

I can only say that it's just average, just okay to live here.

Me and 2 sons stayed there and used it as a base to explore Siem Reap. Friendly staff , rooms adequate -a/c , fan, fridge comfy beds. They helped us book a private taxi to kompot which turned out to be a relief from the long buses. The family own a convenience store next door and do your washing for you for $1/ kg for 24 hr

Nice stay at Unique Angkor Villa. Great budget-friendly option & also a great option to help support a local family owned business. It’s a great location and walking distance to markets, pubs, restaurants & spa’s. The family who own this accom also own the mini mart next door and can help with Laundry & Motorbike rentals.

Very welcoming and friendly. I was upgraded to a room with private balcony on arrival, and a refreshing cool drink. Rooms are modern and very clean. Restaurant serves a great breakfast and dinner. Tours and drivers can be arranged at reception. You get to feel very much at home in this family run hotel. Thankyou to all staff for making it such a pleasure to stay there.

A beautiful, clean hotel in the perfect location. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is spotless, the staff are very friendly, and it's perfectly located for Pub Street. The pool is also great. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
