Great service and excellent customer service

Nice room and clear, and have one spreaker for enjoying my music. i have tried hotel massage service, that wass quite good.

The female that took me to my room was walking a mile ahead of me. She remained silent as i asked her questions. However....I like the room and the place is relaxing with a great location. I love how they manage to jeep those mosquitoes away.

Excellent hotel

we arrive in hotel without any tour reserve and the front desk was amazing, they immediately prepared a program for us based in the number of days that we were staying, a?perfect service. the restaurant from the hotel is very good and pool is very relaxing. the decoration is very modern. the breakfast is very nice. definitely a place to stay.

Beautiful property located stone throw away from the action and good restaurants. It’s about 5 min walk across the river to the Old Market, Pub Street, etc. Service is amazing, amenities are top-notch, food in both restaurants are delicious even though higher priced than outside but it’s well worth it for the quality. Will definitely be back again.

Tree line totally surpassed my expectations! Modern, arty, environmentally aware. Scrupulously clean. Friendly, thoughtful, caring staff. Delicious, breakfast menu to start the day, filtered water brought to room and replenished three times a day. The restaurant, Romius, was best food we found and very reasonable prices. The cafe attached was a popular hang out during the day and we enjoyed coffee in their cool, ambient environment.

The hotel is very nice, located in the city center, and very clean and hygienic. There are many restaurants nearby.

The location is impeccable. The canal running through Siem Reap is right outside the door, and just a few hundred meters across the bridge leads to the night market and bar street. The hotel is small, shaped like a U-shaped structure with a central green space. There's a small swimming pool on the second floor, but the lack of a gym is a minor drawback. The rooms are clean and the facilities are up-to-date, a delight for those with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The first load of mini-bar in the room is free, and there's welcome fruit. The slippers are thick, soft, and very comfortable. Toiletries can be obtained free of charge by calling the front desk. The TV in the room can be adjusted in multiple angles, allowing for streaming, which is a nice touch. The hotel offers an à la carte breakfast with over a dozen dishes to choose from, and the food is quite good.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it's a very comfortable one.

The hotel itself is good, with an environment that exceeds expectations. The front desk guy during the day is also very enthusiastic, but it's a pity that the night manager at night is too bad! There is no flexibility. First of all, everyone in Siem Reap basically goes to Angkor Wat to chase the sunrise, so the hotel will help pack breakfast. First of all, no one told us that we had to inform the next day's breakfast before 10 o'clock that night that we needed to pack it. We came back from eating outside at about 10:30 and told us about the demand. When we learned that the time had passed, we said that anything ready-made would be fine, such as some simple fruits, but they also said that there was no such thing. In the end, they compromised and said that they could give us coffee. As a result, when we went down at five o'clock the next day, there were other people's breakfast and coffee on the table, and there was no coffee for us! Let us go to the restaurant to pick it up ourselves, which is really funny. Really, everything else in this hotel is very good, but for such a small thing, this service staff really discounted our experience.
