The clutter, mess, and strong odors from other guests' belongings are not the standard we aim for — we do our best to keep common areas and rooms tidy, but we clearly fell short this time. We'll speak with the team about being more proactive with cleaning and reminding guests to keep their things organized.Regarding the noise at night and in the mornings, we apologize for the disturbance. We have house rules about quiet hours (especially after 11 PM), but it seems they weren't properly enforced during your stay. We'll work on reinforcing these rules with all guests.The lack of windows in that room is something we know can make the space feel stuffy, especially at night. We’re sorry you felt short of breath — that must have been very unpleasant. We’ll look into improving ventilation in the windowless rooms (perhaps with better fans or air purifiers) to make sure future guests don’t have the same experience.As for the laundry, thank you for the feedback on both the price and the result. We’ll review our laundry service to see how we can improve the washing quality.Your review is really helpful, and we’ll use it to make concrete improvements so that other travelers have a better experience.We’d love to welcome you back in the future and make sure you have a much more comfortable stay with us.
