The staff were so kind and welcoming to us, making our stay so special. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given guidance on how to visit some of the top attractions in the area. On the day we chose to get up early for Angkor Wat sunrise, they even prepared a breakfast box for us to take on the road. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sala Siem is very attractive hotel to stay. Right Infront of the Angkor Museum. Location is good to reach everywhere via TukTuks for maybe 1$. Service and team are great 😊 So thanks Na Na & Yanpaing. Especially Na Na informed us about everything wisely. We got Khmer Massage service and that was amazing, right near the pool and bird sounds. Thank you Sala Siem Reap Hotel for everything 🙏🫶💕

Definitely not a 5* hotel. It needs renovation and to align the breakfast to a 5* hotel standard (no yogurt, no fresh juice).

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly, but there were so many insects, literally crawling everywhere on the floor, on the bed, and in the bathroom. The hygiene was quite poor; the bedsheets weren't very clean, and the bathroom was a bit dirty with a foggy mirror. However, overall, it offers good value for money, and the price isn't expensive. The staff delivered small snacks daily, which was a lovely touch. Getting around was also very convenient as the hotel's location is excellent, right next to a supermarket. 👍
