I love everything about this hotel. There’s a restaurant also which serves the best food. There’s a pool and the environment is greenery. The staffs are so nice, they remember your name and always greet whenever they see you. The room is clean and they have everything there. But they don’t have phone in the room so if you want to tell something to the hotel, you can go there or text via WhatsApp. For the water bottle, you can refill as much as you want at reception which is my favorite part. ☺️☺️☺️ And they serve afternoon tea for everyone at the hotel with local snacks. ☺️ I recommend this hotel a lot a lot a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Siem Reap. Tucked away just minutes from the city center, it offers a peaceful, jungle-like atmosphere that feels like a true escape. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the swimming pool is a perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, attentive staff always welcoming and ready to help. The Urban is an excellent hotel with outstanding cleanliness, very friendly and attentive service, and a perfect location close to everything. The restaurant is also a highlight, especially the delicious wood-fired pizza. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really good location, central to all major attractions and easy to get around. The rooms are big and modern. The bed is very comfortable and the shower pressure is really good. The pool is the best part, you can relax after a day out exploring or just chill on a hot day. We also used the spa services and massages were really good as well. The best thing about the hotel are its people, they are so welcoming and the staff greet you with beautiful smiles and warm greetings daily. The pizza is not too bad as well. Highly recommended.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, this isn't a 'fluffy' hotel but more of an urban one. It's just a $1 tuk-tuk ride from where the airport bus drops you off. Located right in the night market, the location is super convenient. Pub Street is only about a 5-minute walk away. It's not noisy at all, actually quite peaceful. It's clean and has a bit of a hidden gem vibe. The staff were also very kind and even called a tuk-tuk for me to the bus terminal. For this price, it was a great start to my trip.
