Despite some signs of wear, this hotel was well-maintained and comfortable. Even for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am, I had no issues staying here. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious. There were about 7-10 main dishes, 4-5 kinds of fruit, plus salads and a small selection of bread. Drinks like lattes were also available, which was a nice touch. All the staff were very polite and helpful; they even recommended some great sightseeing spots, which made my trip very enjoyable. The pool was so clean and had such a great view that I never got tired of swimming in it. It's open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

This was a wonderful hotel! It had a bathtub, plenty of hot water, and the laundry service did a fantastic job. The breakfast was also delicious. What really stood out was how friendly and kind all the staff members were. I'd definitely recommend it to others! The location was also great, easily within walking distance to Pub Street.

The hotel is in a perfect area, staff are super friendly and respectful. The rooms are good, clean and cozy. We got an upgrade of the room, than the new room was just too humid and no doors in the bathroom, but still amazing. The hotel is just amazing, coffee break is perfect and beautiful swimming pool. Just 3 things must change: 1 the gym is really too small and without essential things. 2 the sauna is always broken and can't use 3 no any place covered to smoke and relax, if raining you will run without a proper place to smoke, since can't smoke in the room. But it's definitely a hotel to rent again if back to Siem reap.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all smiles and very polite. The hotel can arrange tuk-tuks to Angkor Wat. I booked the small circuit for $19, and the driver provided pick-up and drop-off services throughout the trip. The night market, Pub Street, and supermarkets are all within walking distance of the hotel. If you like durian, you can also search for the place shown in the picture, which is about a kilometer away from the hotel. I recommend trying the smaller durians for a better taste. Cambodian durians also have a good texture. Siem Reap is more enjoyable than Phnom Penh, after all, it's a tourist city. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was good, a mix of Cambodian and Western styles, with fresh fruit. I recommend having breakfast.

The location stands out for its convenience and walkability, accompanied by an excellent breakfast service and supportive staff With numerous restaurants nearby, food options are diverse, and featuring a night market.

This was a great hotel, full of hospitality! The breakfast was good, the staff were attentive, and they even brought a mosquito spray immediately when I found mosquitoes at night. The location was also excellent, close to Pub Street and surrounded by delicious restaurants!

Excellent hotel with a convenient location, just 10 minutes from Pub Street. The breakfasts were delicious. We had a huge room and really enjoyed the foot massage; it was $17, but guests get a 20% discount.

I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything.
