I have stayed at the okay villa 3 separate times, friendly helpful staff. All needs are taken care of. Quiet location away from street traffic and noise. Very nice rooftop pool.

A bit off the center of nightlife for which SIem Reap is also famous for. A long walk but a short ride away. So the choice is yours. Service is minimal as there are no food outlets in the hotel, but just step outside and you’ll discover curious restaurants serving local cuisine. The room is clean although spartan in furnishing. It’s a great value for money hotel.

The location was very convenient for my work purpose. The area was quite dark at night but overall felt very safe. The staff were very nice, helpful, and warm. The hotel facilities were decent, they provided all the basic amenities, but no shower cap. The overall interior is quite traditional but clean. I wish the lighting was much brighter especially the bathroom light, and more sockets.

Omg, I stayed here for several nights and the cleaning never came! After three days the room was stinking! Secondly there is so much noise! I can hear the elevator in my sleep. Thirdly the curtains are useless! There is so much light entering the room! Impossible to sleep past 6 am. Then, also there is no place to charge your phone from the bed, you would need to charge it in the toilet or near the TV.

Perfect for a short stay! The property is clean, the bed is acceptably soft and the staff are helpful. The WiFi is horrible and shower water pressure could be slightly better

The hotel is same as in the pictures. It’s very pretty and authentic inside, the pool is clean, the rooms are spacious, the water is hot. They expect to leave shoes outside or take them to the room when walking in socks They clean the rooms only if you ask to clean In the mornings it’s a bit noisy because of the neighbours and the cleaning staff talking loudly in the halls The rest is great

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location... walking distance to central areas for food and markets and short distance by Tuk Tuk to all the temples. Staff are all super friendly and I would definitely stay here again next time

I recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.

The room is good but the air conditioner is broken, so I can’t adjust the temperature easily
