This hotel is a real gem.
Facilities are built in a traditional style and are very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booking of guide and transportation through hotel travel desk was very easy.
Restaurant is also to be recommended. Ideal spot to relax after visiting Angkor Wat.

Other things like breakfast service are OK. But the money in the safe was stolen. On the first night, $10 was stolen, but I didn't care, thinking it was a mistake. On the third day, I found that $100 was stolen, and then I felt something was wrong. I negotiated with the hotel manager and contacted the hotel through Ctrip, but the hotel didn't find any results. It’s been a long time, and I’ve been picky for a long time before I choose this hotel. Sure enough, I didn’t step on the thunder in the whole process!

The hotel environment is okay, not much different from the photos on the hotel introduction. But the hotel looks very big in the photos, but in fact the overall area of the hotel is not that big. But this problem is not big. 😂
Hotel service is good. But they didn't ask me which floor I want to live on, they booked me directly on the first floor, and when I expressed that I wanted to live on the second floor, they also helped me move to the second floor in time. 👍
After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers were also out of power, and the safe was unusable because the battery was out of power. Surreal experience- a level of service I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed before. The rooms are immaculate and the shower is worthy of a spa resort. The bed was the most comfortable one in all our travels around Southeast Asia. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious. The spa was perfect- I had a manicure, pedicure and a Cambodian massage (which I HIGHLY recommend). All in all amazing.

Pretty and quiet hotel in convenient location. Very clean and comfortable, if a little tired in places. Pleasant staff, although as in all hotels on our trip through Vietnam and Cambodia, we are bemused that they insist on checking the room before departure. This is in no way a critical of this team, who were all young and keen to please. Pool area is nice. The buffet breakfast is under par and needs a refresh. One evening we arrived for Happy Hour at 6.01pm - it ended officially at 6 which we hadn’t realised…. We thought it would have been a nice gesture to discount our drinks anyway but this didn’t happen.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful boutique hotel. The food in the restaurant is marvellous the setting is wonderful tropical and peaceful. The artwork around the hotel is amazing and worth spending time walking and looking around. The pool is spacious and a good temperature. Most of all the staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely hospitable and very kind. They kindly helped us sort out the boxes of notebooks and pencils and pens to take to a local school and floating Village school in Tonle Sap. This is our second time here and we hope to come again God willing thank you thank you thank you.

We came to Siem Riep for our honeymoon and stayed at Montra Nivesha. We had an AMAZING time! The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and you can even order it to your room! They serve traditional Khmer dishes as well as western meals, all of which are delicious! My absolute favorite part of this hotel was the massages, which were incredible! They can do the massages poolside or in the room and it is soooo relaxing. We had an amazing honeymoon!

You may not want to leave — even with the majesty of Angkor Wat a few minutes away. To stay at Montra Nivesha is to be immersed in Khmer art, culture, and food: the entire hotel is filled with painting, sculpture, and pottery, all carefully curated but not so much on display as completely integrated into the rooms, corridors, lobby, and outdoor spaces. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and quiet, luxury without ostentation. Ours looked out on a pool long (and quiet) enough for laps (albeit with the welcome sight of a pool bar at one far end). The food, though, would be enough of a reason by itself. The attached restaurant, Amok, features traditional Khmer cuisine in an upscale but easygoing atmosphere that perfectly matches the hotel. Absolutely recommended for travelers seeking high-end comfort — with the attentive, professional staff to match it — in a local hotel offering much more immediate access to the culture and people of Siem Reap.

This is a wonderful Oasis in the city. Such a calm, clean environment we didn’t want to leave. The pool with its swim up bar is delightful. The rooms are spacious and clean with a Khmer style. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their tuk tuk service is a great addition. Thoroughly recommend.
