Friendly staff. Good price. The hotel is well located. Quiet area. Shuttles to the airport stop nearby. Stable wi-fi. The room is good. They give water. There was a slight misunderstanding at checkout, but everything was resolved in favor of the client. You can leave your luggage for free and wait for checkout. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is closed to the airport shuttle bus station. Some staff is kind. But a little bit old with some insects.

I absolutely loved my stay here, the room and facilities had everything i needed, great value for money, The location was great, quiet area, walking distance from the main center. Local shops, drink places and food options within walking distance. Mr Bun Kao is one of the nicest people you can meet. He is friendly, helpful and generous. I enjoyed our chats and time together. Thank you Mr Bun Kao, you are a super hero in my eyes. I hope to meet again in the near future.

Is a family run guest house. I had to pay extra $5 per night to include Aircon service. Otherwise fan only. Room service is very bad. They don't do room service everyday unless requesed. Tap water is very bad. Overall very poor one

It is good location, and kind staffs. I checked in at midnight though, we treated me politely. Thank you.

The hotel is with wonderful service. Residents could enjoy a nice comfortable time,in a big space.

I used this to save money as I was traveling alone and my stay was long! The room was as expensive as a hostel, so there was no hot water. My only complaint about the room was that some large spiders and bugs appeared, but otherwise I had no complaints. (There was no air conditioning, but it was the season when an electric fan would suffice) Complimentary water was provided, but there was also a water server so there was no water shortage. Also, it's a family-run business, and the receptionists were all smiling and nice! I personally thought it was good value for money, so I would stay here again ^ ^

It looks clean, but I can't shake the impression that it's a bit shabby. The staff's customer service is very good.

Overall, it is a friendly and quiet accommodation. It is far from the main street, so preferences may vary depending on taste, but the traditional market is not far away, so it was not inconvenient to use. I had some doubts about the cleanliness of the towels provided, but I trusted them and used them. Also, the water pressure was low, so I was disappointed when taking a shower. There is a delicious barbecue stall nearby, and the cafe where you can enjoy wifi and morning coffee for $1, as well as the local restaurant, were satisfactory. The best thing was the tuk-tuk driver (Mr. Dee) recommended by the accommodation, who made the memories of ‘Angkor’ happy. As the only survivor of the Khmer Rouge massacre, he wanted us to know about the national suffering at the time, and we satisfied him. (The memories of Gwangju on May 18, 1980 overlapped.) Good hostel for the price. Good location. Friendly staff. The air conditioning is cool and the hostel is well managed. However, the shower water pressure was weak, so it was a bit difficult to shower.

The host was very kind and it was convenient because there were many restaurants and cafes nearby.
