Beautiful hotel and very close to pub street

Wonderful location, near the Riverside, and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. What would once have been beautiful buildings are in serious need of renovation. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Good place to stay

Very good experience, the services offered are varied and the team is very welcoming and available.

The shower was dirty and the inside of the room was so old that I wouldn't want to repeat it.

Excellent value for money for this small, well-located hotel.

Couldn't be closer to the center!

Last year my daughter and I did 'Christmas in Cambodia' and had the most wonderful week at Residence Wat Damnak! Of course the rooms were very nice, the pool was refreshing every morning and evening, breakfast was fresh and filling but what really sets this place apart is Mr. Him and his lovely staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and spoke English to a very high standard. I can't recommend this place highly enough and can't wait to go back!

What a great hotel, Honestly. The staff here are so friendly and extremely helpful (cant stess that enough). We had booked a few tours ahead of our visit thinking we were being organised but it would have been easier, better, and cheaper to book through them. We did book a few through them and it was a breeze and the girls and guys on the desk even helped Taylor a tour to what we wanted to do (which took about half an hour) and were more then happy to help. The rooms are clean, have aircon and a fan (ours didn't oscillate that's no big deal, aircon was enough) Pool is awesome, and there's 2! Breakfast is great, enjoyed by the pool. The location is great too, a quick walk up the lane way, and you can cut right through the 'night markets' (open all day) and stright into old market/pub street etc in about 3 to 5 minutes. If ever I return to siem reap ill definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here - even extended it. Our small Cambodian style bungalow was comfortable (fridge, aircon, fan, private bathroom). We enjoyed relaxing in between at the pool and small courtyard. The location is excellent - peaceful and also close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. They assisted us with organising tuc tucs, taxis and gave great tips re tours etc. Great value for money.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly, speak really good English, and very helpful when booking excursions/bus tickets. Rooms were basic but very clean. Breakfast & pool need improvement otherwise it would be 5 a star

Lovely staff, perfect location. Directly across from the Rambutan who do fabulous cocktails. Breakfast was extremely basic without any proper effort put in by the staff which is disappointing. Instant coffee was also a bit surprising considering how great coffee can be around there. All in all still a great little place. Oh yeah the pool does need a big overhaul too

Its a great hotel. I came with my family and I really liked it. The pool is so nice and also the rooms are very cosy. For the price you will not find anything better. And the breakfast was very good. It is very near the city center and have good restaurants not so far

The staff were absolutely excellent. So nice and so helpful, they really made our stay. Sophann was so so helpful and helped us book Tuk Tuks and a tour of Angkor Wat and the small tour temples. We also had great service from Mr Dy who helped us with travel to and from the bus stations. We are very grateful to all staff members. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay a further three nights, which the staff helped accommodate for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was a included in the price and had an egg station where the chef would cook you your own eggs, anyway you wanted them, which we thought was a nice touch. Was in a really good location too, walkable to pub street and the night markets but in a nice quiet road away from all the noise.
