I arrived around noon, before the 2 PM check-in time, but they still allowed me to check in directly. Another time, I booked an activity elsewhere, and the driver never showed up. I couldn't get through on the phone and had a language barrier, so I asked the front desk to call the travel agency for me, and they were very enthusiastic and helpful! My English isn't great, and I needed to use Google Translate to assist with communication, but the staff were never impatient. The location is also excellent. Right across the street, there's a supermarket – not just a convenience store, but a proper supermarket, though not huge. It has fruits, salads, bread, milk, and all sorts of daily necessities. There are tons of restaurants around, more than you can possibly try, and it's not far from the pub street or the river.
