Speedy check in service with friendly helpful staff. The room was spotless. We had a pool view which was lovely . Breakfast was plentiful with egg station, fresh fruit, fresh bread as well as Asian options. The only thing we found disappointing was the lack of coat hangers in the room, 4 between us. Location was perfect, 10 minute walk to pub street. The pool is locket but loses the sun by 4pm if that’s your thing.

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.) I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only ) Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things. Overall, everything went well, no other complaints.

The check in was quick and friendly. The hotel and room conditions were very nice and classy. The Air Conditioning was good and the Wifi was OK. The Breakfast was worthy and overall a good stay.

Somadevi : rm 01-146 TV not working at all. Staffs were not able to solve the issue. Staff finally Changed a router after I demand for room change. Drinking water in room was dirty which could be the uncleaned dispenser. Not recommended.

The AC in our room had minor issue. Staff members understood the issue and helped to resolve. Knowing that there was going to be some technical difficulties, they switched a room for us IMMEDIATELY.
