We had the best time ever at The Embassy Angkor! The rooms are beautiful with the most comfy bed we had all vacation. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is so nice we could stay there for days. We were also very impressed with Rin, Lucky, Morning star and the rest of the staff who were always very kind and helpful. Overall highly recommended and we would love to come back

The room facilities are some years old, but the service attitude is very good. The location of the hotel is also very good, it is convenient to go out to eat, supermarket shopping, horse killing chicken, etc.

Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!

Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

We are booked into the hotel for four nights. The hotel is lovely with an attractive stairway as you enter the hotel. The reception staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. The swimming pool is lovely and good in size. There is a pool bar but services is slow and not very attentive to customers needs. The orchid restaurant serves a varied breakfast. The main restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The food in this restaurant is tasty but be vary as you may not always get what you ordered, e.g. you may be give large prawns instead of lobster that you ordered. The room size is very good. Getting to the main town is easy by tuk tuk and they are easily available.

We recently stayed and had retreat at Sokha Palace Hotel. It's wonderful experience. Since we arrived early and Mr. Phyrum & Team who are very helpful , attentive and accommodate our members with a warm welcome. They made us feel like home. And thank you Ms. Um Vorleak and Sreymeas for your great support and very well arranged with all our requests. From the beginning we checked and having breakfast, Meeting Space, the room was spacious with pool view. We also really enjoy swiming time as it has kids and adult's depth area. It is big swimming pool. We like to give a comment of breakfast, fried noodles and noodle soup a bit salty. However, the rest of foods are yummy. Indeed, our stayed at Sokha Palace was exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back! Thank you to you all from BOL Church Members

I would like to thank the hotel for making such an effort to rectify the problems I had with the standard rooms. The efforts were most appreciated and I would like to personally thank Phearom Morn the Front Office Manager for the upgrade and massage. Visal, Samok, Nora and Chiva were extremely helpful and friendly. The young lady with whom I had the massage, amazing! Magic hands. The spa is stunning. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are arranged in blocks around the gardens. The tropical garden landscape has incorporated water features, lawn area with daybeds and hammocks as well as a very large well designed swimming pool. My room in the main block was stunning and I was impressed with the level of service. As mentioned, I had a number of issues and these were quickly resolved. This impressed me greatly. Having been in the hospitality industry I am aware how important it is to feel listened to as a guest. I would highly recommend a visit to Lotus Blanc resort and Siem Reap!

Siem Reap Sokha Hotel is located across the road from the ticket office of the Angkor Wat Scenic Area. It is very convenient for travel. There are also local night markets and various food stalls next to it at night. It is very suitable for family and friends to vacation together⛱️

Lotus Blanc Resort provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. The warm welcome, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities made my stay memorable. Dining was a highlight, with an excellent breakfast buffet and a standout restaurant. The serene pool, top-notch spa, and well-equipped fitness center added to the enjoyment.Conveniently located with helpful shuttle services, exploring nearby attractions was easy. The attentive and friendly staff made the stay even better. Overall, Lotus Blanc Resort offers luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
