We stayed for one night and got two days skiing. The receptionist was great, she let us store our bags and there were rooms for us to change in. So whilst we were only there for one night, we arrived at 9.30am and left at 4pm the next day and they provided facilities when we needed them. The barman was also a top guy. The room was OK, nothing special, but good value for money. We will return. Great access to lift passes, hire equipment, the carpark and the slopes.

We're glad that we picked this hotel when visiting with our young family. The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was very central - it's actually 100m from the main telecabina up to Borreguiles, the closer telecabina is smaller, but both are really close. The room was large, quite, warm, good bath and shower (important!), very good breakfast. Breakfast started at 8am which made it a bit tight for ski lessons at 9am at the top of the telecabina (although many ski schools don't start until 10am).

Everything about this hotel was great - the location, the cleanliness, the service, the bedroom and a big bonus…amazing shower! Each day the place was scrubbed clean by the friendliest team. We enjoyed the bar and terrace daily and will return!

Brilliant hotel and location. It’s situated right alongside the main gondola and in the centre of the town. The staff were excellent on arrival giving all the required details. The resort car park is available at 20% off and is a short distance away

Fantastic hotel and well situated in the main square. On arrival the staff were very helpful and sorted out the parking under the hotel. You get a discount on parking when you stay. The room I had was great, it had a view towards the slopes and main square, lovely and warm with a great warm shower. In room safe and plenty of wardrobe space. The ski locker in the hotel is so helpful as within 5 mins you are at the main lift and after a day out skiing you can drop your ski’s back and be back in your room via the lift. Breakfast was also great, hot breakfast options and continental too with Spanish options available.Fresh coffee and juices. Would recommend and will book again to stay here.

Estuve junto a mi mujer del 1 al 5 de Enero para pasar unos días esquiando en nuestra estación preferida. La verdad es que cuando vimos que era un 2 estrellas no esperábamos mucho, pero nos sorprendió gratamente. El hotel está muy bien situado en la misma plaza de Pradollano junto a los tele cabinas, lo tienen muy bien conservado y cuidado, muy caliente y acogedor, limpio y con todos los servicios necesarios, pero sin duda lo mejor es su personal, siempre con una sonrisa y muy amables. En cuanto al desayuno estaba correcto, el café que para mí es imprescindible era de buena calidad. Por poner algún “pero” diría que falta algo de fruta en el desayuno, para ser un hotel enfocado al esquiador ese punto sería algo a mejorar. Tienen un servicio de guarda esquí muy bueno. En general nos sorprendió y nos encantó, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Sin duda será un hotel que siempre tendremos en cuenta en nuestras visitas a Sierra Nevada. Muchas gracias por la atención.

Hotel de 2 estrelas muito bom. Quartos confortáveis, limpos e com o necessário para passar uns dias. Restaurante com boa comida, uns dias com mais variedade, outros com menos. Para quem vai com meia pensão as bebidas do jantar não estão incluídas, mas há sempre jarros de água disponíveis. O staff é maravilhoso, sempre simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ir para as pistas. O estacionamento tem acesso direto à receção do hotel ou aos quartos e é pago, tendo 20% de desconto por estar no hotel. No geral é tudo muito bom. Acho que este hotel merecia mais estrelas. Recomendo muito.

Esta genial cerca del Telecabina y de la plaza la habitación estaba muy bien las camas muy cómodas, el personal muy amables y el desayuno había mucha variedad y muy rico. Es la primera vez q íbamos pero volveremos a repetir y sobre todo con ustedes.
