Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Room AND schower were full of mold, almost no water, holder of showerhead was broken, drain was gutted. You have to stand in the filthy water to take a shower, and there's absolutely 0% chance of washing your hair. There's lots of mosquito's, so they hang up a net with a hole in it. Further on there's lots of dead-mosquito stains all over the wall. The door had to be locked to fully close (and to open you had to pull real hard with a loud squaking sound that woke up the whole hotel). Without locking the door, everyone can come in your room since the door doesn't click shut. Wifi is really bad. Only at reception, not in the rooms and not in the pool. Hotel is also receiving no service, so your phone is useless when you stay at this place. No housekeeping throughout your stay, so alsno no clean towels/bedding/bathroom or anything. Gate is closed at 10pm. Nobody told us and nobody opened, so we had to squeeze ourselves in between a crack of the door by the pool. There's nobody at the reception all day (wanted to ask for a new room) and they don't answer through *********** when you send a message. I truly don't understand how this dirty place can earn an 8+??? I truly recommend to be kind to yourself and NOT book this hotel!
