Sigiriya King's Resort

Sigiriya Kings Resort is an exceptional place to come and stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and so kind. They are attentive and interested as well as being well informed. They arranged everything so well including trips out to the national parks, Sigiriya rock and Pidarangula. They even organised a special evening for or anniversary and made sure we were well looked after. The views from the rooms are stunning and the lake at the front of the hotel has all kinds birds and wildlife. The rooms themselves, very clean, tastefully decorated and have effective air con. WiFi is strong all over the area if that matters but to be honest, the real world is far more interesting. You will not regret staying here. Peace, calm, care and attention. Such a beautiful place

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful resort with gorgeous views to mount Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a stone headboard bearing inscriptions. The staff is extremly friendly and striving to fulfill every wish. The food experience was overwelming - everything was so delicious and appetizingly arranged that we definitely put on some weight ;-) Special compliments to the chef cook and his staff! We would love to come back again!

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on honeymoon, wish we could have stayed for longer as it is an absolutely amazing place to stay with a perfect view of Sigiria Rock! Thank you for making the start of our honeymoon a wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights . The rooms are super smart. Sumith in the restaurant looked after us well and gave great service …. Over and above . All the staff were attentive and ensured we had a memorable stay . Great location to see the rock and other tourist spots. Thoroughly recommend

We loved the staff members the most, they were extremely attentive and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for you. If you are looking for a beautiful treat, then this is a very luxury place. We stayed in the Treehouse and the view of Lions Rock was amazing with a super comfy bed. Also the incredible staff member organised for us to go to OG wood carving which was the best thing we did in Sri Lanka so far. Also the staff helped us so much with our Sinhala, they became friends and we will miss them. අපිට ඔයාව මිස් වේවි ❤️

Stayed in their tree house. Incredibly welcoming, beautiful infinity pool, food was generous and lovely. Recommend their ginger biscuits. Loved that you were asked not to leave the grounds by foot at certain times because the elephants come to the lake to drink. Took my best photo of Lion Rock at sunset from the room. Very close to lion Rock entrance to climb it at dawn. Highly recommend

We spent 2 nights here with friends and had the most amazing stay. Rooms are very clean and gorgeous with amazing views of the Sigiriya mountains. We had our own private plunge pool and the main pool is wonderful. Staff are beyond helpful and no thing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place very quiete with splendid view on Sigiriya rock and pidurangala. The hotel has verry clean room with modern furniture. The general manager runs the hotel as it was his own home and everyone services you with a lot of attention. The breakfast is so exceptional and every dish we ate was very high quality. We hope to come back soon. The price is worth every penny.
