Great place to stay if you want to explore the lions rock and the area around. Pidurangala rock is only 15min away by tuk tuk, the lions rock can be done by walk (~20min walk to entrance). But the best experience was the kindness of the hosts. The helped us in every way (explaining routes, advices on activities, organizing tuk tuk, etc.). The food was amazing and we had a lot of interesting conversations with the friendly stuff. Special thanks to Daushna, Larush & Nimal for making our stay remarkable.

The downsides: very noisy air conditioning, extremely noisy and constant water pump. No Wi-Fi. Musty smell in the room. Meager breakfast. Difficulty communicating as no one speaks English. Frequent power outages. The upside: the garden.

Worst experience ever. To avoid any cost. Rooms worn down and dirty with a lot of mould on the walls. Swimming pool and broken tiles., Changing room at the pool, restoring for chemicals and cleaning stuff. Mosquito nets dirty with holes. Booked for two nights left after the first one stay there only because it was too late to find another hotel.

Just returned from an unforgettable honeymoon at this stunning hotel! The views of Sigiriya from hotel were breathtaking. The hotel's cleanliness, friendly service, and delicious Sri Lankan cuisine made our stay truly special. The pool was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway
