We received first a very bad room, it was small and smelly. The room hadn't got even a floor, only beton... We went to the reception and asked for a normal room, the guy at the reception didn't wonder about the our complains. We received a room which was better, but it was some out of order room (no room number and no amenities). During our 5 nights stay the room was not properly cleaned or the bedsheet changed. The swimming pool was dirty, so we didn't use it. The breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. It is definitely not 4 star hotel, max. 3 star.

Excellent hotel, clean hotel area and beach. Get from the pier by boat for a fee ($15 for three) can be walked for ～one hour. The area is quiet, the pool is clean. Breakfasts are decent. The staff is very nice and polite.

The room and environment is clean and Service is good but restrooms have a little bits smell bad. and one more is I got room not the same with my booking room pic. Feeling so disappointed 🙁.

When we arrived to island , found out that there is no way to get to our hotel , except boat . So had to contact the hotel and arrange pick up. Cost us 5$ per person / one way trip . During our stay , we have a feeling that we are not really welcomed here , the staff act indifferent . We could wait a menu for 20 min to order some food . There were not too many choices in menu as well. There is one more resort calls Tube , so most of time we went there . I would not recommend to come at this island and particularly this resort .

The hotel rooms and the hotel itself is great, but the staff hardly speak any English and they also run out of menu options all the time, had no chicken on menu etc. Even the menu itself was very limited. There’s also nothing to do nearby and the closest walk to another beach with shops/bars etc is 1.5 hours through jungle. I wouldn’t come to this island I would just stay at Koh Rong.

Recommend choose buva sea ferry if choose other ferry you need to spend 50$more for round trip from bodega to port .food and service acceptable , fresh and beautiful view just far from Port

Nice resort in a quiet location, very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the restaurant is also very good and the prices are still OK. You are picked up directly from the ferry and taken to the resort (3 minutes). Garbage is constantly washed up on the beach, which could be removed more often. In general, there are only a few loungers on the beach from the hotel.

The beach is dirty, and too many waves.... And the swimming pool, technical problem, so couldn't use it, last day in operation but with a strong smell of product to clarify the water. To lie around the pool, only 8 deckchairs. Decent breakfast. For catering, expensive compared to all the other restaurants. For the departure from the hotel, we booked via reception, the boat to go to Koh-Rong, 15€ per person, but 2 hours of navigation, and stop at more points... We were a bit had... For me, the place is not worth the trip... On the other hand, very friendly, pleasant, smiling staff.

The accommodation is in a great location, we got a free upgrade. However, communication was sometimes very difficult. There was no more jam for breakfast in the morning and no more spaghetti for lunch. We only found out after waiting 10 minutes (we were told there was still some) otherwise a really great accommodation
