Overall, a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly and attentive service. Breakfast offers a wide selection, and the rooms are well soundproofed. The convenient location provides plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely be back!

The hotel itself is new and quite clean except the beach area where it should be regularly cleaned as there are quite noticeable debris and trashes. The ocean view room is very beautiful, the room is abit small comparing to the price but acceptable. However I find the bed and pillow are not comfortable. They are soft but somehow gave me body aches and every time you move there is a sound which is quite annoying. Also to my surprise, with the price we paid, there was no welcome drink or cold towel. The reception staffs somehow didn’t really give me a welcoming/engaging or pleasant impression. Also I forgot my baby swimming suit at the public shower near the pool and contacted the staff a day later to check and they said they couldn’t find. Overall, I had a fun time with my little family there but the overall experience want up to my expectation considering the price.

The overall sanitation of the hotel is good, except that the sanitation of the bathroom in the restaurant on the fifth floor needs to be improved. The hotel is in a good location, the hotel service is good overall, and the hotel facilities are well maintained.

The decor is quite luxurious, though it comes with a matching high price tag. The first floor houses a casino, the second floor is dedicated to the spa, and guest rooms are on the floors above. While service is merely average, the facilities are definitely among the best in Sihanoukville. If you're seeking a one-stop solution for dining, drinks, and entertainment (including gambling), this is an excellent choice, as everything you need is available on-site without stepping out.

The service is super intimate. Takeaways are delivered to the room 24 hours a day. The TV in the room can cast screens to chase the drama. The security is also very good.

Very nice and extremely friendly welcome when I arrived at reception! They knew who I was straight away, even though I had only booked online about an hour before arriving! The security at the entrance door was also extremely helpful when parking my motorcycle! The room was very nicely decorated and really clean. I will definitely be happy to stay there again👍
