The exterior structure of the hotel is extensively damaged, and idle people often gather at the door to chat, which gives guests a bad impression.
The exterior needs to be renovated, and the shops with front facades at the entrance are rather slovenly. It should be replaced with commercial uses, beautified and renovated, and the overall quality of the hotel should be improved. The parking chief and security personnel should direct and coordinate parking to make parking more standardized and tidy.

衞生條件差勁至極，不僅僅是酒店設施老的問題，有很多酒店設施也比較老了，但是至少衞生過關，這個酒店就屬於整個衞生情況非常糊弄，地板上的黴斑沒有拖，毛巾居然上面都有烏黑的一片，唉，睡得真難受！

位置方面，不算特別突出但也不算偏僻，出行還算比較方便。
房間設施中規中矩，乾淨整潔程度尚可。床的舒適度一般，沒有特別驚艷但也能滿足基本的睡眠需求。空調位置不夠明顯，需要提前告知下。
