Excellent stay with an outstanding staff.
Upon our arrival, we immediately felt genuine hospitality. Ayman quickly explained everything to us, helped with the luggage, and constantly checked on us – we really enjoyed it! Since we don't speak Turkish, Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza were invaluable; they helped us with taxis and recommended wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Fahad kindly brought the medicine I needed and often served me tea – what warm care! The breakfast was delicious and nutritious; the hotel food in general was tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, everything worked well, and cleaning was prompt. The pool was very clean, the sun loungers were tidy, and the staff provided clean towels (extremely important!).
Special thanks to Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza for their exceptional work, and to the manager for the excellent selection of staff. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area with convenient parking in front, but it’s too far to walk to the town center, so driving is necessary. There is also a lovely private beach nearby. Our room was converted from a roof space, with a very low ceiling that could pose a risk. The skylights let in a lot of heat, though the air-conditioning worked well. On the positive side, the room had a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was good, but eating outside was challenging due to the bees. Since the hotel doesn’t provide bee repellent, we had to order breakfast to the room instead. Housekeeping was inconsistent—cleaning and restocking were not done daily unless specifically requested. The reason given was the absence of a “clean the room” or “do not disturb” door tag. Additionally, the housekeeping vacuum cleaner had a bad odor. That said, the staff overall were kind and helpful. Another inconvenience was that the hotel charges extra for bringing glasses, plates, or cutlery to the room.

The beds are very comfortable and all the furniture in the hotel is new. There are rooms with jacuzzi among the rooms and they are very spacious. Outdoor hot swimming pool and breakfast is great. The staff is very attentive and they suggest all the activities that can be done in the area. A great hotel for vacation

Были в отеле в июле 2024г., отель прекрасный. Небольшое количество номеров, все новое, очень чистое и аккуратное. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Отзывчивые, во всем помогают. Вызвать такси - не проблема, расскажут, где лучше погулять, где поужинать) Бассейн - это просто восторг, вода комфортная, за чистотой следят. Что бы хотелось изменить. Завтрак немножко скудный - из горячего только вареное яйцо, из мясного только 2 кусочка колбасы. Зато много мучного( Еще из минусов, сильно душно в комнате. Так как кондиционер расположен прямо напротив кровати, надолго ночью его не включить, сильно дует. Поэтому спали так себе, то включая, то выключая кондиционер. Лучше бы расположить его, что бы он дул не прямо тебе в лицо(( До моря и пляжных клубов пешком не очень удобно добираться, но легко и главное дешево можно вызвать такси, об этом так же заботиться персонал отеля. Большое спасибо за такой теплый прием!
