The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat."

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Siliguri Sevoke Road ★★★★
"Good Location. Good Food. Room is clean. Staff specially Nidhi & Antima is very cooperative."
Hiland Hotel ★★★★
"These loft hotel folks charged Rs 300 for loss of room card and its nowhere mentioned that this amount is to be taken. I even showed them that its mentioned online that its not required to pay for room card , only for physical keys its required but their manager Raushan (not remembering his name correctly) was talking rudely to me. This is not what we as customers expect. I am not planning to go there in future for sure and would advise no one to go there as well."

Trinity
"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."
Montana Vista
"Hotel stay was good same with it's ambience. Located in township due to that a silent atmosphere can be find where you can enjoy piece of mind. Only issue was the room provided has a issue with automatic lock which was not fixed even after reported to the administration."
Siliguri Club
"The team at Siliguri Club ensured every detail was flawless, making the planning process seamless and stress-free. On the wedding day, everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautifully decorated ceremony area to the spectacular reception hall. Our guests raved about the delicious cuisine, impeccable service, and the overall ambiance. The in-house coordinators were always available and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Siliguri Club made our dream wedding a reality, and we will forever cherish the memories created here. Highly recommended!"
