Hotel Colina Dos Mouros
"There was a storm at the time - Leonardo and Marta were there. They told me that the internet and internal phones were down. I had to use my cell phone to contact reception. In the room, the internal phone didn't mention the reception contact number, which I believe is mandatory. I expected fruit and water in the room as a welcome gift - nothing. I asked for an upgrade - to change the room from land view to river view - and they refused. Breakfast improved since the last time I was there."
Vila Gale Nautico
"A bit outdated but the breakfast made up for a lot!"
Casa Dos Ninos
"Beautiful surroundsings, magnificent breakfast, lovely hosts! Stacey and Luc will go above and beyond to make your trip great. We will definetly be coming back to this bed and breakfast as it is a great base camp for all of the Algarve, we feel like we've only seen half of it. In short: we loved our stay at Casa dos Ninos!"
Marsuites B&B
Amendoeira Golf Resort
"From start to finish, the trip was fantastic. Very clean, great food and drink which was reasonably priced. A bit further away from the town, but if you are just looking to get away for a couple of days to play golf, you dont even need to leave the resort. If you do venture out, 30mins taxj gets you into town. Will definitely be returning!"
Riad'a Praia
PeraLux
"Very well attended, close and friendly treatment. The studio is very clean and spacious for a couple. The price is quite reasonable. When I am in the area I will stay again"
Vale Fuzeiros Nature Guest House
"My daughter and I had a fantastic time at this property. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the property is very clean, and well maintained. The pool is the perfect size and overlooks a beautiful orange orchard. Our room was nice and cozy, and we loved how it opened onto the terrace. The layout for a B&B is perfect as most of the rooms back on directly to the terrace, so you do not need to walk through a house to go out. The location is ideal for those who want to be in the relaxing and quiet countryside, but a close enough drive (30 mins) to the beaches on the coast. The breakfast selection was a good variety, and very delicious. We even had lunch and dinner at the property, the food was very tasty and well priced - 20 euros for three courses, and a beverage. Additionally, the staff was beyond accommodating, especially Daniel and Andre, who were so kind and helpful. We were so sad to leave, and wish we could have stayed longer."

Quinta Dos Is
"Immaculately clean, beautiful setting surrounded by orange trees, lovely pool, and a 5* breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, eggs and bacon, homemade pastries and cake and delicious orange juice. Wonderful people that run it. The internet doesn’t work (we used our own) in the rooms and you definitely need a car."
Hotel de Charme Capela Das Artes
"Charming hotel in a lovely spot in the Algarve, perfect for relaxing. Beautiful infinity pool, made us want to spend most of our time there. Will return for sure."
Garden Place
"Very pleasant apartment overlooking a garden within the residence. The swimming pool is a bit far away and has no sun loungers, which could be a problem for people with reduced mobility. Chromecast allows access to French channels."
Apartamentos Turisticos Lindomar
"Our one night stay was excellent. We booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and the other for my son and his wife. The rooms were well fitted out and were very clean. The bathroom was perfect with a grab handle on the bath and a very easy to use shower attachment - my wife and I are both elderly and appreciate these things! From booking in - to booking out, the staff were friendly and helpful. We often visit Armacao de Pera and will definately choose Lindmar again and stay longer!"
Rosamar Apartamentos
"We arrived late as our flight was delayed, around 11.30pm, but there was a notice on the door with a number to call to check in, a very nice lady brought us in and showed us to our apartment on the 3rd floor. I was very disappointed, it is so outdated, but decided to wait until morning to properly check it out. I suppose you could say it had everything you needed, but so outdated, plug sockets very scarce, and only two at the hob, others are behind a sofa and under a desk. We had to ask for a hairdryer and iron. It also has a shower curtain, so the floor was soaked every time we had a shower. On the plus side, there is air conditioning in the main room. Reception is strange, the front door never seemed to be open, and a notice on the door tells you they close between 1 and 2. you have to ring the bell and whoever is at reception opens it for you, we were given a code to enter from the side of the building. It is in a very good location, so it’s a pity that it’s allowed to be so run down, there is quite a nice reception area with a bar, that was never open."
