Lovely grounds and a comfortable well-equipped room. The host, Tobias, was charming and super helpful without being intrusive! His breakfasts were delicious. We highly recommend this spot for any Algarve visitors."

"Our one night stay was excellent. We booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and the other for my son and his wife. The rooms were well fitted out and were very clean. The bathroom was perfect with a grab handle on the bath and a very easy to use shower attachment - my wife and I are both elderly and appreciate these things! From booking in - to booking out, the staff were friendly and helpful. We often visit Armacao de Pera and will definately choose Lindmar again and stay longer!"

"Absolutely awful in every way, more like a downtown back packers hostel...but worse. A scenario which ended up costing me €200 after refusing to pay a€58 euro "upgrade" a bully of a manager turns up who calls the police, then stopped our taxi transfer to the airport very aggressive, scared my wife. Having had to deal with the police in a foreign country who's English was non existent also whilst trying politely to put our case across was incredibly frustrating. Probably our 12th time to Portugal but have to say this experience has put us off and will never return. All I say is places don't get much worse than Rosamar 1 ."
