Citadines Properties in Singapore

I brought my whole family, including kids and elders, to Singapore and chose this serviced apartment. For Singapore, where space is at a premium, the room was quite spacious. The mini-bar was restocked daily with complimentary drinks, including coffee, tea bags, and snacks. And the best part was the free ice cream served in the lobby every afternoon from 3 to 6 PM – absolutely fantastic! The room decor is modern, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The front desk service was excellent; they patiently answered my questions about directions and how to get to shops multiple times. The water pressure in the bathroom was a little low; it would be perfect if it were stronger.

Was happy with the location, the hotel was clean. Beds were quite firm and service was not great. Never enough towels in room and sometimes never delivered more even after calling for them

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The front desk staff were really helpful and spoke Chinese, which was a huge plus. The location is super convenient; there's a simple restaurant just to the left downstairs. It's also only about a ten-minute walk to the subway station and a shopping mall. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit.
