I had a wonderful stay at Aura Hotel Mackenzie! The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Jernis, Sarah, Alan, Nurul, Leong and Rista for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Each of them was warm, professional and always happy to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. Thank you all! I look forward to staying here again!

Great hotel, great location! Clean and nice rooms. Hotel is self service though there are people you can video call for issues. I did not use the video calls but did ask some questions to the in app chat such as where the laundry room was and was a fine experience. There is no hand soap in the bathroom, though there are shampoo and shower gel. Laundry room is great. There did seem to be an issue with the QR codes you scan in room, being assigned to the wrong room so make sure you mention the room number if you reach out over app
