The room was clean, the bedding tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. It was quiet at night, so I had a good rest. The hotel is close to the subway station and within walking distance of the East Coast, which has great scenery.

The hotel is located in a relatively lively area with plenty of places to explore nearby. However, getting to the subway isn't very convenient. Also, if your room is facing the road after check-in, I'd suggest asking for a change, as the soundproofing of the windows is really not up to par.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was just okay and very crowded. Also, the hotel staff were incredibly rigid. Be warned: if you're staying for a week, once you check in, you cannot cancel any subsequent nights. This hotel has a strict no-cancellation policy, and no amount of negotiation or communication will change that – it's ridiculous. However, I was very satisfied with Trip.com's customer service; they genuinely looked out for the customer and tried to mediate with the hotel. This negative review is solely for the hotel itself.

The hotel's service was fine. The problem lies with Trip.com for Business; their system caused a booking error, and they made me pay the price difference for the wrong room type out of pocket. The resolution process has been incredibly slow, and I still haven't gotten any results. If this is typical for business travel products, it leaves a very bad impression.

The rooftop terrace with a pool is a dream. The location is a bit out of the way. It's only about 10-12 minutes to the nearest MRT station, but with the temperatures, it's quite unpleasant. Plus, there's construction all around the hotel right now, which makes access a bit difficult – it's definitely not wheelchair accessible. But otherwise, the service and breakfast were all top-notch! We can only recommend it.
