Worst hotel ever in Singapore. The toilet is inside the bedroom with no door at all – I don’t understand how this room is meant for two people. The staff were rude, and there were ants everywhere. This place is not suitable for people to stay in , its already occupied by ants

Location is Very good

The location is very good, the room was clean, everything necessary was available. the staff is kind. I checked out today and they accepted my luggage until the evening. Next time I will stay longer🙏

One of the worst hotel in Singapore! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel room cannot be lock, no warm water to shower, no drinking water provided and cleanliness wasn’t there. Due to the door unable to lock, we checked out on the second day and this greedy hotel REFUSED to refund the rest of the stay. Very unprofessional.

A capsule bad with private bathroom.

It was a very tiny place with lot of noise. Everything (window, door, even shover door) has a cracking sound which was tiresome. Bathroom was so dirty. Receptionist had a bad attitude, with poor english. When i told him the bathroom was not clean, he was pissed. Not friendly place if you are traveling with kids. Stairs were very dangerous.

Excellent facilities and a very clean environment.

Rooms are a little dirty but good location

great location, but super tiny...air condition blows directly on people while you lying on bed; you could see the showerhead across the glass next to your pillow....didn't sleep well during staying here, basically you could hear every moves outside the door...

This hotel is close to the Civic District and a short walk from 2 MRT stations so it is easy to get around including to and from the airport. I am 5'10'' and I couldn't stretch out fully on the bed, so if you are taller than me you may find it difficult

The advantage of the hotel is that the location is beautiful. If you are interested in the location, it is in the city center and close to important places. As for its disadvantages, the bathroom is inside the room, and this is not the problem. The problem is that they do not provide bathroom slippers. You are literally from the bathroom door to the bed, a distance of no more than 70 meters.

Hotel room is quite small . If u dont wanna say its super tiny . The bed is not enough to stretch my leg when i lie down . Not so much comfortable

The worst experience ever. It’s not a new hotel, there’s no slippers, soap in the room. The room is super small, toilet and shower are together and it’s tiny. There’s no sound isolation, you literally can hear people talking next room. And the worst while we, two ladies, were in bed sleeping, the front desk opened the door with his key and came inside without knocking, making us frightened!!!! Absolutely non acceptable, we had to leave the room at night as we didn’t feel safe. I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s not worth your money, plus male staff behaving terrible violating your privacy, coming to your room any time and opening with his own key, without knocking.

Location is perfect…near to public transport. The room was very small though…smaller than expected.
