Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Ora

After disembarking from our Disney cruise, we transferred to the Oasia Resort Sentosa. Our child fell ill with a fever, but thankfully, the hotel was very understanding and allowed us to check in immediately so our child could rest and recover. It's a truly excellent hotel. The environment is comfortable, and a special thanks goes to Woody – he was able to resolve any issues we had. This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Singapore.

The front desk proactively upgraded our room. The room had no strange smells, the air was fresh, the temperature was comfortable, and there were no insects. The customer service even provided a full set of children's toiletries for free.

The room was quite new and clean, the bedding was spotless, and the room was spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It was super convenient to walk to Universal Studios, the Aquarium, and Adventure Cove Waterpark. I would definitely book this hotel again if I visit Sentosa.

This was the most comfortable room on our trip. The only drawback was having just one bed; two queen beds would have been more comfortable for a family of three. But seriously, the suite was absolutely fantastic! We were originally supposed to switch rooms the next day, so it was a pleasant surprise when the front desk told us we could stay in the same one. The room also came with a complimentary fragrance diffuser, and we received a velvet eye mask on the second day. Plus, there's a free minibar, a capsule coffee machine, and an ice machine in the hallway. Really great!

Huge thanks to Genevre for making our night in Singapore absolutely wonderful! The room was super comfortable, spacious, and convenient. It felt brand new, very clean, and came with excellent facilities, plus some delicious complimentary drinks. Getting to the water park and Universal Studios was incredibly easy by taxi. Genevre's warm and professional service made our stay truly delightful! Highly, highly recommend! We'll definitely have to stay for more nights next time.

A very nice hotel. It's a maximum 10-minute walk from the MRT station to the hotel, and also a maximum 10-minute walk from the hotel to the park. The 'Magic Realm' is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the fridge is stocked with cold drinks. The front desk staff are patient, and both Chinese and English customer service are available. Highly recommended!

Choosing Oasia Hotel Downtown, Singapore, was absolutely the best decision of our entire trip! The hotel boasts an excellent location, meticulous service, and professional, warm staff. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's right next to Universal Studios and Adventure Cove Waterpark, almost zero distance, allowing us to walk directly to both popular parks. This made traveling with kids super convenient, completely eliminating the hassle of commuting back and forth, and making it perfect for family stays. What touched us most was Lynne at the front desk. She was warm, polite, and highly professional, communicating with patience and meticulousness. Since we had difficulty speaking English, she immediately switched to Chinese, ensuring smooth and barrier-free communication throughout, perfectly solving our language concerns while traveling abroad. Upon learning we had two children and needed two rooms that allowed easy access between them for the kids, she thoughtfully noted our request. The very next day, she proactively arranged for us to move into connecting rooms, significantly enhancing our family's comfort. Her attention to detail was truly considerate. What moved us even more was a heartwarming emergency assistance. After checking in and preparing to explore Resorts World, our child suddenly realized that their backpack, containing nearly completed summer homework, had been accidentally left at our previous hotel in downtown Singapore. Seeing the risk of losing homework that had taken an entire holiday to complete, our child was very anxious and upset, and we, as parents, felt helpless and flustered. In this critical moment, Jonathan and Genevre from the hotel proactively stepped forward to help. They gently comforted our child, handled the situation efficiently and responsibly, and followed up throughout the process. They immediately contacted the downtown hotel to verify the item, carefully confirmed that the backpack and summer homework were intact, quickly facilitated cross-regional communication, and then urgently arranged for a taxi to deliver the lost items back to the hotel as quickly as possible. This entire complex process of cross-regional retrieval, coordination, and delivery took only thirty minutes! Their incredibly fast efficiency and calm, professional emergency handling ability left us deeply impressed and touched! All the staff at Oasia Hotel Downtown demonstrated excellent professional competence and a strong service意识, with the ability to switch to Chinese service at any time. This made us feel incredibly welcomed and secure while being in a foreign country. The excellent location, thoughtful and personalized room arrangements, exceptionally warm service, and efficient and reliable emergency handling – every aspect was impeccable. Many thanks to the three staff members for their sincere efforts! This trip became exceptionally warm and complete thanks to Oasia Hotel Downtown. We wholeheartedly give it a massive thumbs-up! The next time we visit Singapore, Oasia Hotel Sentosa will definitely be our first choice for accommodation.

This was the last hotel of my 8-day parent-child trip to Singapore. It was the cheapest, about half the price of the previous hotel I stayed at, the Grand Hyatt Erawan. Given the different price points, the hotel's amenities are what you'd consider average back home, but it's perfectly liveable and offers good value for money. The front desk staff were excellent, with dedicated Chinese-speaking personnel, so communication was no issue for those with limited English. I'm especially grateful to the front desk for providing an extra bed free of charge for my child, especially during such a busy tourist season. The hotel also offered a good variety of food. Overall, as a base for exploring, the value for money is great. Its main advantage is its location on Sentosa, close to all the tourist attractions. Plus, there's a complimentary mini-bar.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Its location is excellent, really close to Universal Studios, and the rooms are much better than those at YUELE. We also had a nice view from our room and even saw peacocks!
