The hotel is situated in a quiet, pleasant neighborhoods, yet it remains easily accessible to public transport and nearby amenities. Despite being away from the busiest parts of the city, getting around was never an issue, and the surrounding area felt safe and calm, is an important consideration for a young guest staying alone for an extended period.
The room on the 10th floor was clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout the entire 11-night stay. The furnishings were comfortable, the air-conditioning worked reliably (which matters a lot in Singapore's climate), and the overall ambience was cozy without feeling cramped, ideal for a longer stay rather than just a short visit.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from one of the hotel's housekeeping managers, a gentleman who went above and beyond to accommodate client's daughter specific requests. She had asked for daily housekeeping throughout the stay, and he made sure this was carried out consistently, every single day, without fail. The room was always spotless, towels and amenities were replenished promptly, and small details were never overlooked. His attentiveness and professionalism gave us real peace of mind, particularly since we were arranging this stay remotely for a young guest staying on her own.
The front desk and customer service team were equally responsive and efficient. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and courteously, and the overall communication throughout the booking and stay was smooth and reassuring.
