novetel hotel is really above my expect it value for money 5star rate nice friendly staff perfect breakfast alot of choice very nice have two swimming pool i enjoy and relax in this hotel if you come to Singapore only this hotel near by metro with convince shuttle bus

What a stay, albeit short but everything was top notch. The attention to detail given to us while we stayed was something else. The additional touch of a cake (for our anniversary) just put the “icing on said cake” for our trip. Clean, tidy, neat, friendly what a blast it was. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing.

I am writing a review to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your Novotel Hotel on Steven with my family, including several young children. I had deliberately chosen your property, despite the higher room rates and non-central location, in hopes of experiencing a smooth and family-friendly check-in process. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. Excessively Long Check-In Process - I arrived at the hotel at 3:10 PM, well after the standard check-in time, only to be met with a long queue and a very slow service from the front desk. It was not until 3:40 PM that I was told only one of my three rooms was ready—without being given any estimate of when the remaining rooms would be available. Booking Name Confusion & Staff Inefficiency - The check-in was further delayed by about 10 minutes because the receptionist had to go into a back office to confirm the name on the booking—even though I followed your online check-in instructions, which asked for a guest name. This clearly indicates a problem with your system or staff training. I booked for a king-size bedroom, which is higher rates. However, I only get the queen size bed. The front office ignores what I have spoken to her. I even show her my booking indicates a king-size bed. False Promises and Misinformation -I was told that complimentary children’s breakfast would be provided “as a favor,” only to realize that this was already included in the booking. Such misinformation is not only unprofessional but also misleading. Room Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues. The room we finally received was not clean: There were visible marks on the cups. Dust on the table. A non-functioning air conditioner. This is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of Novotel's reputation and especially when accommodating families with young children. I am truly disappointed by this experience.

Location : Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT, hotel have shuttle bus every 30 minutes. However, there is no shopping mall nearby only some restaurants and a 7-11 Amenities : few flow of mini bar everyday, capsule and sachets coffee is provided. Shower gel smells good and all their amenities are sustainable Cleanliness : Housekeeping did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness however room is tired and need further maintenance Breakfast : Breakfast is lousy with no variety… Items was almost the same everyday… Most of the hot item are Indian food and vegetarian even though there is not many Indian guest. Staff friendliness : There is no concierge available. Front office staff was not helpful and only concentrate on their handphone. Coffee house is even worst. Kitchen staff are very rude. One of the staff pointing at the omelet signage and tell “ what do you want?” . Waiter collect the plates without even asking and just suddenly take it. Mr Muhammad from Fnb is the only staff that is polite and friendly. Facilities : Coffee house is too small as you have to share it with Mercure hotel. Hotel have a laundry room for self service laundry. Overall : Quite disappointing as Accor standard should be higher and better. Guest service training is definitely needed for this hotel.

Next to a residential area but with easy access to Orchard Road by hotel shuttle bus. Variety of F & B outlets available within the building complex. Nice poolside deck area at level 2. Cosy lounge at top floor to chill before dinner. Good size room with effective layout for 2 person. Comfortable bed & Quiet room that help one rest well. Friendly & professional service staffs that make you felt welcome 😁 Definitely will recommend friends to try ...

The environment is awesome, away from the bustling main belt of Orchard Road. Very welcoming lobby and reception. Beautiful pool facing the lush landscape. Complimentary shuttle bus to Orchard Road for the house guests. Minibar is complementary with some drinks on daily replenishment basis. The only area I would like to request for improvement is when booked a king bed room type and given hollywood twin which is kind of uncomfortable joint in the middle. Happy to return for another stay.
