Shocking! 🙀 I stayed for three days, and for all three days, the cups were dirty with lipstick marks, yet they were still put back in their original place. The hairdryer – I was told it couldn't be used in the bathroom because there was no plug, and it had to share a socket with the electric kettle. Then, I open the door, and water leaks? Water drops on my head? Unbelievable! :)

The foreign lady at the front desk was beautiful and had a radiant smile. She even upgraded us to a suite for free, which was such a lucky and delightful surprise! The hygiene was excellent, and all the other staff members were polite and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere, and several popular foodie spots are right nearby. It's incredibly convenient, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Singapore!

The staff were all very friendly. Although the rooftop pool is a bit small, the views from there are quite good. The rooms are all neat and clean. It's a shame we couldn't experience the pool because of the rain.

This was my first stay at this design hotel, and I was very pleased with the warm and cozy ambiance of the room. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Clarke Quay, with famous eateries like Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, and Jumbo Seafood all nearby. It's also conveniently close to Chinatown and the Merlion, making it super easy to get around.

The air conditioning had a strange smell, like it wasn't clean. The windows were sealed shut, so there was no way to air out the room. The pool is more for show than for swimming, so don't count on using it for a proper swim. But overall, it's a 4-star hotel. It's good.
