Overall everything is good. You don’t need to go out to the city, can just spend your days staying in the hotel, walk around Mandai & back to nature.

Overall a very good experience. Our arrival was well received by all the staff. There were 2 ladies & a guy who interacted with our daughter & she enjoyed their company. The stay was well taken care also. Room was very spacious. Food was very good too. Toby, Zikry & Mansol were very helpful in our checkout & getting taxi.

Overall it was a good experience, an urban hideout from hustle and bustle city life here in Singapore. I tried both the buffet and breakfast at Planter's shed. But to be honest I enjoyed the breakfast as compared to the buffet. The buffet was not to my expectations. Beside the food. I enjoyed the scenic lake view and the vegetation that surrounded the resort. I would like to stay at the tree house unit on my next trip..

New resort with a lot of greenery. Online check in and check out. Front desk were helpful. Appreciate the birthday cake and room deco for our birthday staycation. Roof top pool was just so so only, the plants there were drying up. Breakfast place spacious, normal food.

We really enjoyed our 2 days 1 night stay in Mandai Rainforest resort, the staff are amazing, we were served by Ms Sophen with welcome drink and essential oil towels, she also guided us to get early check in instead of waiting for 3pm peak check in hours. We managed to get our room by 12pm which is amazing. The room is clean and well maintained, the environment is quiet also hardly hear any noise. There is cold lemon water and guava drink with cookies conveniently located at the lobby, so everyone after visiting the parks can have a quick drink, there is one staff diligently replenishing the cookies. The hotel provided us with a birthday cake as I mentioned to them that it’s for my son’s birthday celebration. Because we checked in early, so they didn’t have the time to decorate the room, but they called in asking what time is good for them to do the decoration. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay, only downside is that there is not enough space or seats to accommodate more guests at the pool side, but there were free ice cream served at the pool side. Definitely recommend it!

It was a pleasant experience to stay in Mandai Rainforest Resort.
It's a recommended place if you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind yourself.
We wake up to the singing sound of birds and the lake view is fantastic. It truly lives up to the description of the sanctuary view.
Lastly we are grateful that the hotel made a free upgrade for us to the sanctuary view room which makes our stay even more memorable.
We are looking forward to our next trip back to here!

Location is in a tropical paradise , lovely architecture. Great view of the lake , very serene . Also has programs like nature walks educational tours for families with kids .
The breakfast buffet was really good .
Staff were amazing .
