The staff is friendly and helpful at the counter. This time round I was attended by Ms Sharon:)) She ensured my requests were made and placed in my room 603👍🙏☺️ Happy with her service even though I was asked to wait a little while to check in as the room was still being cleaned. As most of the in-house phones at level 6 are not functioning, I need to ensure my requests are attended to before I go up to my room 😅 Hope the counter staff can understand it Room 603 has cockroaches, it was my 2nd time encountered it. 1st time inside tissue box and at the edge of the dressing table. This time it was in the toilet sink hole. Please do something about it

I Like it because there is bar at roof. So once I drink I can straight hit down to my own room haha

Also same that's ok for short stay but if for long stay it is not a good choice if having budget

We enjoyed our stay. It is on the budget side for Singapore but it was a good price to have a private room and bathroom. Staff are friendly and location is good. Plenty around and a bus into the city right outside. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone on a budget and not wanting to stay in a dorm or a place with a shared bathroom.

I think it's pretty good. It's small, but very clean. They don't provide slippers, but there are lots of food options across the street, and Ya Kun Kaya Toast, McDonald's, and Burger King are nearby. Although the subway is quite far, the bus service is very convenient, and I personally find bus travel easy in Singapore. Two of the front desk staff speak Chinese, but when traveling abroad, it's always good to know some English.

I think the staff given us transit level meaning those who took few hour , where by a lot of guest in and out till we can’t really sleep well till morning then we fall asleep . I need a room not near the lift but given near the lift.can hear a lot of noise in n out from the lift . That was terrible. Request ( relax room far from lift ) . This is the worst room 202 that we even stay . Stay cation for relax but end up this time round we ended up super tired by all the noise that we heard from room . Sound water can hear from the top or side omg . We stay a few time before level 4 and 5 there won’t be problem . Last but not least pls kindly take note call me ( ms hor ) but not by my full name thanks I dun mind showing you my booking voucher thanks so much . Appreciated

i got a room with no window.It felt like a jail cell. Everything was so small and the restaurants nearby were so overoriced, 35SGD for a plate of chicken rice is insane.

A fantastic find for our trip! My partner and I stayed at the Fragrance Hotel - Classic and were thoroughly impressed. The Room: Compact but perfectly optimized, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, giving us a great night's rest after long days of exploring the city together. The Service: A huge thank you to the reception team for their warm welcome and professionalism throughout our stay. The Location: The neighborhood is vibrant and safe, with fantastic food options just steps away and easy access to public transport to get around. This is the perfect spot for couples looking for a comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay. We would definitely return!

The room was small and releavant to the price. The bathroom is pretty small and it's combined with both shower and toilet. The hotel is fine if we just stay for a night.

Clean and cozy, very quiet, friendly, and comfortable. I almost always choose to stay here when I'm in Singapore. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and plenty of food options nearby, like Sichuan Yangou Restaurant and Hainanese chicken rice. Plus, there's a park not too far away.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great. Very near bus stops and just right across a hawker center with good affordable food.

Had a good stay at Fragrance Hotel in Singapore. The room was quite small but comfortable.This is a really good budget option in Singapore.
