As I was transiting for work I only encountered the cockroach infestation when i was back in the hotel in the evening which was by then almost 11pm.
My partner who was travelling with me was getting ready for bed as she had to leave the hotel by 4am to catch a flight home while i had to leave by 6am to catch a flight out for work. It would have been a nightmare for both of us to pack up everything and switch rooms even if we could.
I tried contacting the hotel via the messenger service on Ctrip however there was no response. Even until the morning when I left, there was also no response. I couldn't have waited as I would have to be up by 3-4am to start packing and checking out.
As i checked out i informed the front desk about the cockroach situation and was followed up by an email by their duty manager who also apologised sincerely and offered some hotel rewards points.
To be perfectly honest it wasnt of any use as well is wasn’t pleasant at all due to the infestation and that it cause us both to be pretty uneasy throughout the night.

Booked the room for short respite due to erratic work schedule at airport. Staff kindly allowed me late checkout at 2 pm. Room is clean with bathtub amenities and food is available at Terminal 3, some 24 hrs. There’s also supermarket and pharmacy nearby at Basement 2 of airport terminal, within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel is also situated beside the skytrain for fast and convenient movement to Terminals 1 and Terminal 2. It is walking distance to the MRT (Subway) which will allow seamless and cheaper travelling to town and other parts of Singapore.

Great time together with family. Had a great time this time. Glad that there were a lot of baby amenities provided, quite baby friendly. Will return next time. Thankful for the short stay. Highlight of the trip was the breakfast at lounge area! Superb service !

The room service is very poor. I try to call the front desk but no one answers and i call by my phone no one answers too. What happens if customers have emergency?
If you wish to stay at the hotel. Don’t forget to request any thing at the front desk. The one stop call is completely useless😅
