The environment is good, and the service is warm. The hygiene is well-maintained and very clean. Our company's employees stayed here for over a month, and after experiencing this hotel, they don't want to stay anywhere else on future business trips.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and bus terminal, with a connected walkway so you don't even need an umbrella when it rains. The price is reasonable, the rooms are spacious, and there's an ice machine in the hallway.

Genting Hotel Jurong has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Singapore to see my husband. I’ve stayed here so many times that I’ve honestly lost count, and it continues to feel like a home away from home every single visit. The atmosphere is always warm and comfortable, and the staff are consistently kind and welcoming. Because of the great service and the homey feeling I get every time I stay here, this hotel will always be my first choice whenever I come to Singapore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay!

I m happy with most of the tings except for one ting which i was shocked that there is no bidet spray in the toilet and shower room was so narrow lucky i was super fat if not i sure cant fit in

The room was a bit too small and cramped, and there was no complimentary bottled water. However, the location is very convenient for transportation and daily life. There's a shopping mall nearby with tons of dining and shopping options, and the area is also very quiet.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Genting Singapore. The hotel is well located and offers convenient access to nearby attractions and transport options, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Service is super good by every crew. Room is clean and comfy. Hotel breakfast is quite nice. Overall good experience. Location is strategic if you are travelling for business purpose near Jurong / Vision Exchange

The reception checking in guest are quite slow. However there's a lady maybe Manager who is on standby talking to the guest waiting which is a good thing. Some of the reception way of talking lack cordiality, for eg when I ask for my bag which I left with the staff she say say curtly "next time you should ask them to give you the other piece of the paper" - no friendly advice but a blunt statement as if talking to a retard. The room Deluxe are small, bed are too hard, however air xond is good and so is the water heater

As the only viable hotel in the western area, it was practical but flawed. The subway is very far and requires crossing a footbridge. The gym is basic. On check-in afternoon, hallway repairs dragged on for hours, disrupting rest, and soundproofing was mediocre—tough for light sleepers.

The twin beds were a bit small, but overall it was decent. The pool was nice, just a bit small as well. The omelette at breakfast was delicious, I had it every day. The only downside is the location is a bit out of the way.

The room location wasn't ideal, being at the very end of the hall. However, the hotel's service was top-notch. I especially appreciate the wonderful surprise of a birthday cake they prepared for me! Thank you! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The hotel staff could provide services in Chinese and accurately resolved customer feedback issues, responding promptly and offering support and assistance.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to a subway station, and there are two large shopping malls nearby, making shopping easy. Taxis can pull right up to the hotel entrance. The breakfast is also very rich, especially the eggs, which are delicious. Sometimes the front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but they usually understand. On our last day, we even took the hotel shuttle to Sentosa for a tour, which was a great stay!
