The room was too chaotic and they have bed bugs😩I went there and they give multiple guest the same bed or room. It was so terrible and so noisy, people are not clean there and its so bad. Other people put their stuff in your locker or bed. Receptionist is not 24/7

If you like to be surrounded by pests like rats etc. This is your place to stay, dirty, expensive and not worth it, might aswell spend the extra money on the second cheapest option

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. A special thanks to the receptionist, Diệu—she is very kind, caring, and always ready to help. Her excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This area is Little India, surrounded by many Indian-owned shops. There are several MRT stations nearby, making transportation very convenient. Underneath Tekka Centre, you'll find plenty of local food stalls. There are also many shopping malls near the Rochor MRT station, worth exploring.

I was very satisfied with being able to stay near Singapore's Little India at a reasonable price. The staff were kind and I didn't encounter any problems during my stay.

Not advisable for a woman to stay. Avoid at all costs The hotel is filthy, smelly, too many men, it’s not advisable for a woman. It was mentioned that receptionist is until 10pm we arrived at 8pm but no reception was found we communicated via WhatsApp  The curtains are broken and soooo dirty even mirrors 🤮 The hallway smells like pee The trashes are just in corners and hallways The reception desk is filled with papers no reception at all  The pantry is dirty and full or luggage’s  We ended up looking for a new hotel to stay coz it’s so disgusting 🤮

There is a good and bad about the hostel. The service is good, I got a late check in, prior arrival they give a very seamless check in. The location is convenient, easy to access for public transport ( Rochor MRT). Within 150m. Also the room is cold which I really like about. Bad things about the hostel, is extremely dirty I got a bed bug bite on my feet and couldn’t sleep well for the night. The toilet is moulded with smells, air ventilation wasn’t good. Nearby a lot of club, a lot of drunken people are yelling and you can hear from. dormitory Overall With the budget of $20 in Singapore, for me it able to justify.

This was by far one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. The place is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There are large insects everywhere, and even worse, bugs fall from the ceiling while you’re trying to sleep. It’s honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. I stayed for 2 nights and in total I barely managed to sleep 5 hours because of the conditions. The room feels unhygienic, uncomfortable, and unsafe. The air conditioner does not work properly. It doesn’t cool at all, most likely because the gas is finished. On top of that, staff come in the morning and turn it off, which makes the room even more unbearable in the heat. The bathrooms are filthy, floors are constantly wet and dirty, and the overall hygiene standard is extremely low. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially backpackers or tourists. There are far better and cleaner options for the same price. Avoid this hostel at all costs.

There were a lot of cockroaches, so be prepared for that. The bed also had fleas, as I had bite marks on my hands. The location in Little India is pretty good, and the price is really cheap. So, you need to consider if you can accept these issues. Also, there were small mice scurrying around.

Staff is very helpful whenever request something. Thank you for your service. I don't usually complain if bearable, but this time I got no sleep... The bed I had no private light, and I got bedbugs biten whole night couldn't sleep at all. And on top of that guests should have rule that keep quiet after 9 pm or certain time in the evening. And all guest should use earphones while they watch videos; if talk on the phone should go out of the room. Due to lacking such basic rules, people in the room just play video out louder, talked on the phone as if it's in their own house. The location is good, staff is nice and helpful, but the room environment is really not bearable to sleep. my arm, hands, back are still itching by bedbugs biten with reddish on.. Hope have some improvement on cleanness, bathroom locker, and guests rules develop with it for good future. Thank you !

Dear Hostel Management, I would like to make a formal complaint about an incident in Dorm C, where I was staying in bed 5. At approximately 3:30am, Saturday, 22nd August 2026, a middle-aged Singaporean male guest wearing glasses, sleeping in the bottom bunk #8, switched on the bright light beside the lockers. The light illuminated virtually the entire dorm and woke several guests. At around 4:00am, I politely asked him to switch it off. He immediately got up, became extremely agitated and started shouting and swearing at me. He insisted that it was his “bed light”, although the light is located beside the lockers, not inside his bunk, and his bed curtains were fully closed. I tried to de-escalate the situation and suggested that we continue the discussion outside so that the other guests could sleep. He continued shouting and claimed that because he had apparently lived at the hostel for two years, he had special privileges and could do whatever he wanted. He then made ****** and hostile comments towards me, telling me that I was not welcome in Singapore and that I should “go back to my effing country!” I even offered him my small headlamp, which he could have used inside his curtained bunk without disturbing anyone else, but he refused and said, “It's my light. I want to effing use it!” The situation caused a significant disturbance to the other guests. I apologised to them for the commotion, and because I could no longer sleep, I eventually left the hostel and spent several hours outside on the sidewalk. I initially decided not to mention this incident in my review. However, I subsequently saw the same guest assisting the hostel cleaning staff, which raised concerns that he may have some connection with the hostel. If he is a staff member, volunteer, long-term resident or otherwise associated with the hostel, I believe management should be aware of his incredibly aggressive behaviour toward other guests. I would also like to make clear that my experience with the rest of the hostel staff was completely different. Everyone else I interacted with was friendly, polite and helpful, and I have no complaint whatsoever about their conduct or the service I received from them. I would appreciate an explanation of the hostel's policy regarding dormitory lights, long-term guests and abusive & discriminatory behaviour toward other guests. I also ask that this incident be properly investigated. Regards
